Our company is having a calling all hands push today. A Major (and pretty exciting) employer in the South Bay here in N. CA has asked us to hire 200 upbeat and enthusiastic recruiters and sourcers for them — by next week. We have interviews scheduled but need more top notch qualified individuals that would be interested – hoping you can spread the word. I have attached the message from our VP heading the project below. A call or email with a qualified person should net them an interview today through the weekend sometime. In N. CA it will be at our Redwood Shores location; other countries / states handled off site. Positions are onsite – no work from home.

Current assignments:
Experienced Recruiter (minimum 5 years total in both corporate and/or agency recruiting) – Technical, Sales, Product Marketing. Recruiting experience on resume in '09.
Recruiters (minimum 4 years recent exp) – Candidate sourcing
Sourcers (minimum 3 years solid recent exp) – Ability to reach passive candidates – exceptionally internet savvy
Recruiting Coordinators – (minimum 2 years in an HR support or Recruiting Support role) – heavy scheduling, process management

These contract positions require onsite presence Monday – Friday (40 hours). The majority are in our clients Mid Peninsula location.

hire opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager at major company in KOP, PA. The specs are as follows:

Candidate Requirements:
* Candidate must have managed large projects in excess of 20 people.
* Preferably 30 > 40 people.
* Candidate must have partner / customer facing experience
* Candidate must have Professional Services experience
* Candidate must have international experience
Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead project
teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several
business or technology areas. The candidate will be expected to
effectively manage resources, schedule and quality of deliverables through the
full project life cycle (discovery, analysis, design, construction, test and
implementation.) The candidate will often work in close coordination with
the Online Business Manager (OBM) to successfully manage and deliver web store
products to new partners. The Senior Project Manager will also be
expected to contribute to the development of a project management methodology
and assist in the construction of a formalized program office. This
position will report to the Director of Business Analysis.

Responsibilities:
A senior project manager will be expected to
have superior proficiency in the following areas:

Project Management - This position will have accountability for the
successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous large projects. Candidate
will work together with business and technology leads to build well-structured
project plans that segment projects into pre-defined phases. A Senior
Project Manager will be expected to use expert communication and leadership
skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones,
and expectations on delivery. Candidate will provide direction to project
resources, monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, and
intelligently identify issues requiring escalation when reporting project
status. Candidate will need to closely monitor change requests and
prevent unapproved requirement modifications that result in scope creep.
A Senior Project Manager will need to schedule and facilitate project status
meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on
schedule and resources. Candidate has the ability to communicate project
implementation options that affect cost, schedule, quality, and risk to
stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements.
Candidate should have experience working with use case specifications, UML
models and a variety of project management methodologies. Ability to
follow the Rational Unified Process (RUP) using the Rational tool suite would
be of benefit.

Relationship Management - Should have ability to motivate and build
collaborative teams who are dedicated to project delivery. Candidate will
work in collaboration with the online business manager (OBM) when interfacing
with external business partners, internal business area experts, business
analysts and software development teams. Will need to set expectations
among these groups regarding scope, timeline and quality of
deliverables. Will need to work effectively with all groups
to build work breakdown structures (WBS), develop project plans and update
project status.

Business Analysis- This includes
leading business analyst(s), on a per-project basis, in extracting requirements
from external stakeholders, internal business representatives, and software
development teams. The candidate will have significant influence and will
ultimately be responsible for the quality of requirement deliverables.
Candidate should have experience using UML, and building and interpreting use
cases.

Resource Management - For each project, candidate assists in identifying
the skills and resources needed for each stage in the project
lifecycle. He or she provides resource requirements per project and
motivates and manages those resources over the project duration.

Required Education/Experience:
* MUST BE A SEASONED CANDIDATE WHO HAS WORKED IN A SENIOR LEVEL LARGE SCALE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR, MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE
* BS or MS in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience of seasoned, full life-cycle management of large scale technical projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
* Prior involvement with high-visibility projects and managing multiple projects concurrently
* Experience with Project Management Tools (i.e., MS Project, MSCentral, PMOffice helpful)
* Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills

The Director of Search will help develop and lead the defined recruiting engagements from strategy implementation through final placement, managing the recruiting team and eventually leading business development with consultants of search. Once in process, the Director cultivates TOG's relationship with clients and maintains control of the overall search process. To fulfill this role, the Director will:
* Generate interest in Search services in our markets
* Provide specific functional and technical expertise in the marketing process to develop consistent answers to search-related sales questions
* Participate in sales process for defined executive search prospects
* Lead overall client relationship, interacting with clients from a consultative approach, on behalf of TOG, including acting as primary liaison between the Client and TOG, as a point of escalation for client issues.
* Participate in the development of the project plan, recruiting strategy, resource requirements, client requirements, and other activities
* Serve as primary contact for all clients
* Conduct pieces of search when added capacity is required
* Identify problems and take the lead in communicating with client to resolve client related problems
* Conduct final review of slates of candidates
* Present candidates to clients with consultant
* Relay Search information to company management team
* Seek opportunities for new business, additional business in current product line and opportunities for new services through active relationship building techniques.

This position will report directly to the President and will be responsible for the sales, growth and delivery of Executive Search projects to TOG clients. Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø MBA and/or advanced degree preferred

Ø 10+ years general business management experience, including staff management
Ø Demonstrated ability to define and deliver recruiting solutions to clients in order to increase TOG sales revenues and to expand the client base
Ø Understanding and experience with consultative selling techniques, with a strong emphasis on developing and delivering practical business solutions
o Strong analytical, diagnostic and consulting skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
o Ability to conduct a needs assessment to identify search or hiring needs
Ø Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with clients and colleagues
Ø Solid project management skills
Ø Ability to integrate Executive Search programs into other service line offerings
