Short Description:
Selected candidate will recommend improvements in standards, procedures,
controls and methods used to ensure the continual function of Documentum
environment. They will provides technical advice in equipment evaluation,
selection and installation.

Complete Description:
Essential Duties
- Recommends improvements in standards, procedures, controls and methods
used to ensure the continual function of Documentum environment.
- Provides technical advice in equipment evaluation, selection and
installation for Documentum environments.
- Work in project teams as allocated resource.
- Support project/development teams during development/implementation phases
of projects.
- Monitor Documentum environment for performance and performs tuning as
necessary.
- Work as point of contact with EMC during upgrades.
- Perform emergency software patches when required.
- Keeps all the environments (Development, QA, Pre-Prod and Production)
synchronized and current.
- Continually revises operational documentation of configuration of
Documentum systems.
- Work with a cross functional team to during project delivery and
implementation.

Requirements:
- Must have experience leading Documentum 6.5 upgrade.
- Greater than Ten (10) years experience in the Information Technology
industry.
- Five (5) years or more experience with Technical Architecture
Implementations of enterprise content management solutions in Documentum 6.0
and 6.5 product suites
- Three (3) years experience or more in fine tuning and troubleshooting
Documentum Content Server for performance.
- Five (5) years experience or more with architecting workflow solutions
using Process Builder, Forms Builder, BPS, DFC, , Webtop, DQL, and Composer.

- Three (3) + years working knowledge of SOA and Web services.
- Three (3) + years working knowledge of Linux OS.
- Three (3) + years working knowledge of Oracle 10G database.
- Three (3) + years working knowledge of Websphere 6.1.
- Working experience in VMWare virtual environment is desired.
- Experience with high availability/clustered environments is desired
- Experience with multi-tiered environment architectures is desired
- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to create
high-quality, organized and concise technical documentation;

Behavior Characteristics:
