I. Primary Purpose
This position is responsible for providing financial support and business
partnership to the Global Internet, Creative, Direct Marketing and Consumer
Insights. Primary responsibilities include evaluate current business trends,
provide insight to formulate strategic direction, develop annual operating
plans and financial forecasts.
II. Key Responsibilities
* Financial Planning & Analysis
* Lead the annual planning process and monthly forecasting process
* Manage the month end close process and reporting of financial
results
* Ensure current business trends and business initiatives are
reflected in the financial planning process
* Align inventory requirements with financial targets
* Provide executive level review of business trends and financial
forecast
* Strategic Planning & Analysis
* Analyze sales & profitability by initiative and by source, evaluate
key performance metrics
* Partner with Creative Marketing and Direct Marketing to quantify the
financial impact of marketing programs across all channels
* Evaluate ROI of promotional strategies and marketing programs
* Influence the development of marketing strategies and investment in
programs that support business initiatives
* Organizational Development
* Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline / automate
reporting and financial planning efforts
* Coordinate reporting functions across all channels to present
accurate financial representation of global web and marketing activities
* Partner with business leaders to evaluate effectiveness of
organizational structure
* Support new business initiatives
* Communicate business direction and align internal resources
appropriately

IV. Education & Experience Requirements
Education: BS in Finance or Accounting
Masters Degree in Business preferred
Experience: candidate should have 7-10 years experience in retail or related
field
Other: candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
candidate should have a working knowledge of Essbase and SAP financial
systems
This position requires strong skills in data manipulation, development of
forecasting models, financial analysis, communication (both written and
oral), and time management

We are seeking a .NET Front-End developer with a focus on using .NET
specifically for web based presentation. The successful candidate will have
exceptional technical skills along with an ability to think out of the box in an

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
