Senior QC Engineer
This position is primarily responsible for hands-on testing the system.
Responsibilities include:

· Defining and executing system and functional testing.
· Developing and enhancing QC processes consistent with SDLC.
· Working with a large team of off-shore developers in a
virtual/off-shore development environment.
· Communicating with clients and being able to resolve product issues.
· Providing training to business partners on usage and configuration of
the system.
· Assist in configuration and deployment of client systems.
· Support our Hypervisor environments (Hyper-V) and support internal
systems.

Qualifications:
· Experience working for or with a software development company
· 4+ Years QC
· Knowledge of ASP .NET, XML, XSLT and HTML
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SharePoint
· Experience/Knowledge of Technical Support Environment
· Strong communication skills
· Knowledge of automation to develop test scripts (to leverage off-shore
QC Automation resources) preferred

· Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian language an advantage

Business Analyst
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with client implementations
of one or more of our innovative software modules. You will work on software
implementation projects under supervision of a project manager and technical
lead, and together you will responsible for a successful 3-6 month project. You
need to be able to listen closely to client requirements, document those
requirements, and translate same to our technical staff. Because our software is
so leading-edge, you will also be expected to build out (configure) much of the
client's solution yourself using our powerful point-and-click tool sets. You
will need to learn very quickly, and if so, there is huge potential for growth
in responsibilities, salary, and empowerment.
Job Requirements include:
• Willing to think on your feet, learn lots and learn fast
• Able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to travel to client sites and work at client sites extensively (up to
4 days/week for most the project life cycle)
• When not at client sites, able to work in a virtual/telework environment
• Understanding of and experience with web technology a big plus (though not
often used day-to-day)
• Business experience (at least some) is really helpful but not essential.
• Communicating with clients and being able to resolve product issues.
• Writing user guides and how-to’s, as well as assisting with training of
clients on usage and configuration of the system.

Senior Developer
This position is primarily responsible for hands-on coding within the system (in
C#, XSLT and SharePoint). Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on coding, jointly architecting and developing the core platform
functionality.

• Bug fixing and peer code reviews.
• Working in a virtual/off-shore development environment.
• Documenting requirements and producing technical design specifications and/or
system architecture.

• Communicating with clients and being able to resolve product issues.
• Providing training to business partners on usage and configuration of the
system.

• Assisting with configuration and deployment of client systems.
• Supporting our Hypervisor environments (Hyper-V) and support internal systems.

Qualifications:
• 4+ Years development experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in C#, XSLT, and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a virtual/telework environment
• Experience working for or with a software development company
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, XML, HTML, source control
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server
• Experience/Knowledge of tier 2 level support
• Strong communication skills
