Lean, Six Sigma and TOC in Today's Workplace
Noon - 1 pm Eastern time January 4
This is an overview of the main process improvement techniques in use today.

Alliance Networking - Increase Your Odds of Landing an Interview.
7:30 - 8:30 pm January 4

This is an interesting technique to use as part of a job search to increase
your odds of getting a call from a target company you've applied to. It
uses a knowledge of probability and human behavior and is a
counter-intuitive approach for most people.

Mr. Bentley:

I attended you last Lean, Six Sigma presentation that you did. I requested the
White paper that you mentioned directly and also went to the Value-Train site
and requested that way to. I fill out the information that was requested on the
site but nothing was ever sent to me.

I would like to make a second request that this white paper you made several
references to during you presentation be sent. There was good information
provided in the webinar and once you mentioned that I did not take as through
notes due to the availability of the white paper. Please let me know if this is
available and how I obtain it.

Thank you,

Richard Holloway
