| Business Analyst This position is primarily responsible for assisting with client implementations of one or more of our innovative software modules. You will work on software implementation projects under supervision of a project manager and technical lead, and together you will responsible for a successful 3-6 month project. You need to be able to listen closely to client requirements, document those requirements, and translate same to our technical staff. Because our software is so leading-edge, you will also be expected to build out (configure) much of the client's solution yourself using our powerful point-and-click tool sets. You will need to learn very quickly, and if so, there is huge potential for growth in responsibilities, salary, and empowerment. Job Requirements include: • Willing to think on your feet, learn lots and learn fast • Able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willing to travel to client sites and work at client sites extensively (up to 4 days/week for most the project life cycle) • When not at client sites, able to work in a virtual/telework environment • Understanding of and experience with web technology a big plus (though not often used day-to-day) • Business experience (at least some) is really helpful but not essential. • Communicating with clients and being able to resolve product issues. • Writing user guides and how-to's, as well as assisting with training of clients on usage and configuration of the system.
