About Investor Reporting 2 (IR2):
Investor Reporting 2 is a medium-scale, high-performance transaction mortgage and loan processing system to support the government's loan modification program, one of the major workstreams of Homeowners Affordability and Stability Plan (HASP).
The application is being developed using proven technologies, including PL/SQL, ORACLE, Ab-Initio and Java in complex combinations following established and proven methodologies and practices for the development.
About the Position:
The BDT SIR Development team is looking for a project manager with excellent organizational and planning skills to do the following:
§ Take responsibility for release management and coordination activities between the development and test organizations.
§ Champion teamwork to achieve organizational objectives with, and through, others.
§ Interface with BDT SIR Directors, managers, and project managers to ensure the all project management standards and processes are followed and that status is being communicated effectively.
§ Identify project plan risks and issues and provide assistance and guidance to management as these situations arise.
§ Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring time, scope, and budget are monitored appropriately.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
§ Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
§ 3 or more years of project management experience managing multiple medium to large-scale projects in a customer service and/or technology/infrastructure environment.
§ Excellent analytical, organizational leadership, teaming, and interpersonal skills.
§ Expertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
§ Expertise with automated project management tools.
§ Thorough understanding of the system life cycle methodology.
Nice to have Skills:
§ Experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
§ Experience with Clear Case and Clear Quest preferred.
§ Previous technical experience with Java, J2EE, Unix or Oracle/Sybase preferred.

Princeton Information is seeking a Senior Java Developer for the following
At least 6 years hands-on experience in the Java, J2EE Technologies. Includes Servlets, JSP, Struts, EJB, Web Services.
Experience working in RDBMS (Oracle) and Application Servers (BEA, Websphere) is a must
Working experience in message driven processing is a must
Working experience at least in Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required
Strong competency in design OO pattern and enterprise integration pattern.
Able to work independently or as part of a small team.
Good Communication, analytical and problem-solving Skill
Overall Primary responsibilities will be:
Evaluating and recommending new technologies and updating versions of existing ones.
Performing analysis, designing, coding, testing and implementing changes to the systems based on the business needs.
Developing and maintaining systems/technical documentation.
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning of the systems.
Extensive Trade processing experience in financial industry. Critical asset needed for the Company initiative which has a priority requirement that has just come up during testing. This change requires 3 months of work and dedicated testing prior to go-live.
Strong competency in high volume trading on java platform.
Strong understanding of trading flows for different asset classes (repos/equities/bonds).
Self starter, will hit the ground running
