He is the President of Project NextGen, a leadership, training and professional coaching organization. He is the Creator of Operation PRIDE, the LEAP Program, Career JumpStart & Workforce 2.0 – empowerment workshops designed to help individuals identify their purpose, overcome their limiting beliefs, enhance relationships, and develop a plan for reaching their true potential.
