OVERSEAS POSITONS

Head of Operations & Maintenance/ Power Producer to provide strategic
leadership ensuring long-term profitable operation of a major utility fleet
with subcritical and supercritical units totaling 20,000 MW by 2020. Will
develop and direct operations and maintenance plans to maximize
availability, profitability, safety and environmental goals. Previous
experience as Vice President of Operations for a major US IPP or Power
Company will be a major plus. Compensation is significantly higher than
comparable USA positions

Technical Engineering Head Major Power Producer This individual will be
based in the corporate office will be responsible for heading the technical
engineering group of a major overseas Independent Power Producer. Some
responsibilities include overseeing the hiring, training, supervision, and
ongoing development of a group of engineers and technicians charged with
maintaining plant performance and reliability. The Technical Services Head
will support the development of measures, computerized maintenance
management systems (CMMS) and goals on a fleetwide basis, coordinate
effective consensus decision making in order to prioritize where O&M capital
will be allotted. This is an overseas position. Compensation is
significantly higher than comparable USA positions.

Corporate Safety Head/Multiple Power Plants for senior leadership position
to bring safety consciousness at multiple sites. Assess safety performance a
develop Best Practices. Prior experience as Head of Safety or Lead Safety
Supervisor at one or more coal-fired power plants, preferably supercritical.
New construction experience will be a major plus. This is an overseas
position. Compensation is significantly higher than comparable USA
positions.

Boiler Engineering Specialist responsible for being the owner's subject
matter expert on boilers. This is an overseas opportunity for a rapidly
growing multi-billion dollar company with a fleet of overseas supercritical
and sub-critical power plants. Experience in boiler design, material
selection, piping, etc. with a major OEM will be a major plus. Compensation
is significantly higher than comparable USA positions.

Turbine Engineering Specialist responsible for being the owner's subject
matter expert on turbines. This is an overseas opportunity for a rapidly
growing multi-billion dollar company with a fleet of new coal fired plants.
Experience in turbine design, materials, etc. with a major OEM will be a
major plus. Compensation is significantly higher than comparable USA
positions.

Underground Coal Gasification Expert with at least 15 years experience in
leading a technical team to commercialize UCG technology on a pilot or
commercial scale. This is an overseas position. Compensation is
significantly higher than comparable USA positions.

Senior Gas to Liquids Process Specialist for evaluating, designing and
commissioning gas-to-liquids (GTL) hydrocarbon processes. Requires
significant process design and plant commissioning experience where
Fischer-Tropsch or other synthesis gas conversion processes are applied.
This is an overseas position. Compensation is significantly higher than
comparable USA positions.

USA BASED POSITIONS

Burner Design Engineer with experience designing low NOx burners for
utility, industrial, and commercial boilers firing gaseous, liquid, and
solid fuels. This is a USA based position in the Northeast.

Technical Services Engineer for air preheater product line to serve as key
technical resource in applying products to utility installations during
outages. Documentation of critical dimensions through field measurements,
monitor product installation, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a
USA based position in the Northeast. Relocation not required.

C#, XSLT and SharePoint). Responsibilities include:

Overview:

Our client is seeking a consultant who will be responsible for the
administration of Windows based servers and Information Systems in
accordance with company best practices regarding management, security, and
regulatory compliance.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

. Installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of
Windows Server 2003/2008 systems (Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Group Policy)

. Operating system installation, configuration and upgrades,

. Administration, proactive monitoring, and remediation of
centralized IT management tools: Symantec A/V, OpenManage, WebJet Admin,
etc.

. Install, configure and support all network and infrastructure
equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, LDAP, VPN, and DNS servers)

. Perform and monitor daily system backups as well as assist in
Disaster Recovery planning and testing

. Create and maintain system documentation

Qualifications:
