Meeting: - Do You Understand the Hiring Manager?  - January 5, 2011

Posted by: "Brian Mecca" Brian.Mecca@yahoo.com   bd_mecca

Tue Jan 4, 2011 3:26 pm (PST)

Do You Understand the Hiring Manager?

Alex Freund, career coach with Landing Expert Career Coaching will present on
January 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the JCC in Scotch Plains at 1391 Martine Ave.

This presentation is primarily for people in transition or those who contemplate
a change. It is FREE and the community is invited.

This presentation exposes the thinking of the hiring manager. It shows how the
interview is more focused on the needs of the company and the hiring manager and
less on the candidate's needs.  How is the hiring manager checking out the
candidate way beyond the résumé and interview? What values are important to the
hiring manager?

This presentation covers ways of searching for answers to those questions as
well as how to answer interview questions properly.

This is a great opportunity to network with others.

To enter the JCC you need a picture ID.

Hope you are  well. I wanted to touch base since it has been a while since we

I start the conversation?"
Why not invite the key players in your organization to attend our webinar The
Legal Ramifications of Social Media. During this 30-minute webinar, we'll help
you understand some of the key legal issues arising from social media and what
it means to you and your organization.

Additionally, we have a complementing white paper which can bedownloaded here.
I look forward to seeing you on this webinar in the coming weeks. If I can
