Position Summary
Please explain in 1-2 sentences the primary purpose of this position and its major objectives.
·         Technical leader assigned in a specific BIAC.
·         Lead the conceptualization and elaboration of the business solution in the BIAC leveraging the enterprise library of business process and business intelligence components.
·         Leads a team of business process architect and BI framework modeler.
·         Influencing the required business processes and flows
·         Influencing the required analytics and KPI metrics
·         Influencing the direction of the companies Insight and Agility Architecture and deployment
·         Assisting in the program management and governance across all key initiatives
 
Key Challenges/Job Complexity
Describe the nature and the variety of the challenges and problems which are regularly faced in the position.  Discuss the business impact of this job on the organization.   Provide 2-3 examples.
·          The Director, BIAC Solutions Architect, will be a member of the Business Innovation and Agility Centergroup. As a technical leader assigned in a specific BIAC, this person will lead the conceptualization and elaboration of the business solution in the BIAC, leveraging the enterprise library of business process and business intelligence components. This individual leads a team of business process architect and a BI framework modeler.
 
Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions
Please list 4-6 of the major responsibilities of this position in order of importance.  State for each what the impact of the responsibility is on the department, division and/or company.
·         Provides thought-leadership to fellow team members and across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.  This includes scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
·         Have an advanced knowledge of the Pega PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
·         Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed.  Works in conjunction with BIAC Lead and COE Solution Architect to size, manage scope and risk
·         Acts as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks
·         Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to management
·         Participates in the development of additional opportunities within the BIAC base
·         Customer Success (realization of BIAC's stated goals and objectives)
·         Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge
·         Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise
·         Utilizes technology-based tools and processes
·         Responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of team member's deliverables including clients, partners and vendor management
·         Accountability
·         Business Intelligence and Awareness
