Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months (Right to Hire)
Location: Detroit/Somerset
 
Responsibilities:
 
Technical expetise and ability to support and develop using PeopleSoft Tools.
Monitor, communicate, and remediate batch/online job processing and performing.
Communication and coordination of project milestones with end-users.
Ability to document tasks, resources, and requirements.
Ability to create Functional/Business specifications.
Coordinate testing with IT and functional users of all software/hardware upgrades and fix/patch applications.
Security and External Audit Administration of PeopleSoft.
Environment (Finance and Human Resources)
 
Qualifications Mandatory:
 
Mandatory
 
Must have at least 5 years of business analysis experience in a technical (software development) environment
Solid background with functional and process analysis techniques.
Experience supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
IT Healthcare experience a PLUS
 
Desired
 
Technical background in either or both mainframe (COBOL, RPG) and web (GUI requirements analysis, JAVA) and large scale relational database systems is a requirement
Familiar with Business and Technical Required Documents
Healthcare industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with varied levels of customer and internal business and technical personnel.

Client's end product is  data and content management of huge dbs, Oracle E
Business Suite, the individual will need to multi- task and self manage
priorities and timelines have worked in large scale global DC environment be
able to work with business owners and work through frameworks that are
consistent with ITIL and best practices and will be reusable throughout the
organization, not standalone for each BU. Practical, smart, great communicator.

1)     Infrastructure Architect with Masters degree in related field and
equivalent experience in related field. (10-15 years work experience, 5 years
experience as an architect preferred. Infrastructure Engineer with relevant

(e.g.

a.     Hardware engineering, and network standards, creation of infrastructure

3)     Experience with UNIX, LINUX, and Windows server operating systems and
virtualization.

digital media publishing industry,

6)     Search technologies, data content systems, Marklogic, fast, Database and
data warehouse systems
7)     Exposure to Data Center Optimization, Data Center Management Processes,

8)   Knowledge and experience with business process management [BPM]and
service-oriented architecture [SOA] technologies
9)  Package Implementation: Oracle eBusiness
