• 8+ years experience in business or a sourcing environment, with experience relative to similar roles in IT preferred

• Experience in areas of vendor relationships and contract management

• Internal knowledge of Pharmaceutical business preferred

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and processes

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Trading Application Support
Work Location - NYC, NY

Be part of the team based in NY in charge of the operational application
support of the commodities trading activity.

This involves:

- day to day support of the trading applications
- listening and understanding users needs
- ability to analyze functional issues using traders and IT teams expertise
- ability to understand the functional architecture of the system in order
to be able to modify its setup or propose enhancements

- ability to develop small applications using VB or VBA to answer short
terms needs
- ability to work in an international IT organization (mainly Paris and NY)
as well as with local users
- identify, propose, document and drive to completion, potential
enhancements to improve the systems, its use, resiliency, and associated
support procedures, from an technical, functional and organizational point
of view.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Windows XP, Excellent general IT culture, Networks/Protocols, web,
Relational Database Management Systems good knowledge and SQL language, VBA

Desired/Plus:

Visual Basic 6 / COM, MSMQ, .NET (C# or VB) MS .NET framework,
Previous experience in Commodities support / technology
US natural gas and power financial and physical markets

Required/Must have:

1 year experience in trading activity support

Title: Project Manager (Application and Data) - II (Business Analyst/Project
Management Roles)

Description:
This role is to develop and drive implementation, with input from the VMO
LT, of an Executive level Dashboard. This Dashboard will represent Financial
Data, Innovation Data, Value Engagement Data, Partner Performance Data, and
Contractual Volume and more.

This role will be required to quickly assimilate to the VMO function and
understand high level organizational alignment in order to build an
effective drill down\cascade like dashboard. Inclusive of High Level Detail,
with portfolio drill down capabilities.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
(E.g., those duties that are considered essential functions of the job)

. Interview VMO LT and collect feedback on dashboard framework. Provide
recommendations and guidance on measurements, framework and other details.

. Hold review steering committee sessions with VMO LT to ensure alignment on
direction and framework

. Build iterations of dashboard model from framework input and feedback.

. Ensure effective tool (Preferably Lightweight Excel based Macro) for
Dashboard automation.

. Partner with key resources across teams to collect input on approach and
utilization

. Partner with LT to build and launch effective and cohesive internal
Dashboard training sessions.

. Partner with LT to build and launch effective and cohesive partner
communication and launch plans.

. Identifying areas for possible process improvement in VMO processes

. Providing subject matter expertise in predictive modeling approaches and
dashboarding

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED/DESIRED:

. 8+ years experience in business or a sourcing environment, with experience
relative to similar roles in IT preferred

. Experience in areas of vendor relationships and contract management

. Internal knowledge of & business preferred

. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and processes

. Highly flexible and adaptable to change

. Strong people/interpersonal skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Strong Analytical Skills with previous experience in dashboard
development.

. Predictive Modeling Experience a plus.
