Our records show that your IT experience is relevant to one of my
current openings. It is located in Irving / Dallas TX but client will
also consider candidates working out of Basking Ridge, NJ, Irvine, CA,

Please keep in mind we are looking for statistical analytics people with
SAS or SPSS experience not SAS/SPSS programmers. Analytics is most
important for these. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in
the Data Mining/Predictive Analytics fields. Long term project ( 2
years). If the candidate has video content experience that is a huge
plus.
Experience/Requirem
· SAS or SPSS products.
· SAS Enterprise Miner or SPSS Modeler
· Education in Statistics or Math related field.
· SQL proficient
· Teradata (preferred not required)
· Ability to use SAS or SPSS in a Unix environment
· Strong communications skills
· Primary Skill SAS, SPSS, SAS, Unix
· Superior statistical modeling and SAS, SPSS or R program
capabilities
· Strong analytical skills
. Architect and design data driven technical solutions
. Able to craft big data solutions
. Hadoop (preferred but not required)
· Knowledge of SAS programming, SAS/ACCESS interface to
Teradata DBMS (SQL programming) and IBM Cognos 8 BI
- Modeling and exploratory data analysis skills
- Working with large, massive datasets
-Developing various types of models at both the business level and at
the consumer/individual level.
- SAS skills, especially in the Macro language
- Exploratory analysis methods such as cluster and factor analysis to
understand the massive datasets created.
- Traditional analysis tools including the ability to build and
interpret linear or logistic regression models.
- Evaluation, re-parameterization and new construction of models

My direct client, a Business Services company has an immediate need for a Marketing Services Business Relationship Lead.
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Salary/Rate: DOE
Start Date: 8/12/2013
Primary Purpose of Role:
Business process and system landscape Subject Matter Expert for supported business area
Coordinate the development and implementation of technology solutions
Ensure selected technology solutions are in-line with strategic IT vision, and adhere to corporate standards and policies
Identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiencies through process improvement and technology
Day-to-Day contact for IT activity coordination and communication
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintains a detailed working knowledge of supported business area processes and system landscape
Work with business partners to develop project business case (Executive Project Charter or Small Change Request) and associated metrics
Work with Business Relationship Manager and Business Partners to create and evaluate potential solutions for business process improvement
Collect, document, and validate business requirements
Create various process models, such as Business Process Decomposition, Swim Lanes and Business Process Integration.
Create functional and user interface design specifications
Responsible for developing critical performance metrics, and the implementation of security measures, data retention requirements
Develop testing requirements, customer acceptance criteria, and test cases
Manage small to medium size projects to include developing and maintaining projects plans, facilitating status meetings and publishing status reports.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Business process analysis
Project Management
Account & Relationship Management
Familiarity with industry standard Solution Development Management methodologies
Strong verbal and written communications
Qualifications:
Business or Information Technology related Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Digital Media Operations and Systems Experience
Marketing Operations and Systems Experience
Automotive Industry Experience
PMP Certification Supervisory Responsibility: Provide guidance to vendors, development and/or agency staff during project delivery
