My name is Brandie and I'm an IT recruiter at First Tek Native Our
records show that you are an experienced IT professional with experience
in Project Coordinator This experience is relevant to one of my current
openings.

The opening requires someone that has experiance in planning a Windows 7
Migration in addition to the above skills. It is located in New York,
NY.

Must Have

Need someone with experience in actual planning of Win 7 migration.

Not necessarily a project manager but more like a project coordinator.
Someone that can confidently interact with heads of business units to
determine their Win 7 needs and requirements. Important:

Experience scheduling and coordination of Win 7 migrations.

Have some experience with deployment tracking tools (T-Tracker, T-Minus,
etc..)

Should also have previous Deskside experience.

Should have a fairly strong Deskside background with the ability
troubleshoot software issues as part of the role. So someone technical.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience Level: (Advanced, 5 - 7 Years Experience). Maintains,
analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and
computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces
hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account
information including rights, security and systems groups. May require
degree in a related area or 5 - 7 years of experience in the field or in
a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts,
practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically
reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and
latitude is expected.

Windows 7 Division Migration Specialist Role/Requirements

1. 5+ Years Enterprise Class Environment

2. A+ or similar certification preferred

3. Large Scale Migration experience

4. BU Migration Lead

5. Manage projects from Scope Validation, testing, User Acceptance
Testing, version control

6. PC Builds - Windows 7 Installation, iBuild, USMT, Active-View

7. Ability to forge strong relationships with Client Resolver groups
WinO, NetO, GSAG, TELCO, and etcetera.

8. Interact with Windows 7 Deployment Vendor\Teams (Client)

9. Strong Excel skills pivot tables, graphs\charts, Use of ActiveView
for reporting, filtering users amongst B, etc.

10. Excellent communication skills via the telephone and in person.

11. Travel to Client Campus Buildings for Migration activities. Evening
Deployment Schedule (all work will be in the NYC area - most campus
locations are in walking distance or a quick subway ride awa)y

12. Fit within a team dynamic. Flexibility on coverage.

13. In the office presence. WFH is limited.

14. Communicate with Key BU contacts [BU Admi, VPs , E, M] using
standardized formats

15. Software deployments (SCCM) ensure proper testing was performed,
business justification, impact potentials, risk of action or inaction

16. Familiarity with Standard Build, Secure Build, Information security
practices

strengthen relationships, Client improvemen that will benefit the BU and
the like are the norm.
