- Operations support dedicated to improving clarity and flow through better documentation of current and improved processes and batch records.
- Responsible for writing, routing and completing change orders to enable change to controlled documents.
- Responsible for training associates as needed for document effectively.
- Responsible for working with operators, supervisors, and managers to implement changes to documentation and creating the optimized solution to documentation issues.
- Significant interface with Quality and partnership with multiple business areas required to be successful.
- Must have strong word processing skills including working with templates and custom formats, with exposure to quality systems.
- Must be able to work independently, solve problems, and work with teammates to come to solutions.
- Must be able to present solutions to management prior to implementation.
