I enjoyed chatting about the importance of support groups in a job search, with Jeff Altman, the Big Game Hunter, last night which
will become a podcast soon on Job Search Radio.
Jeff found me when he came across the white paper that Janice Juvrud and I wrote on how to start a job search support group that is featured on The Reilly Guide website.
The half-hour format flew by so fast that I didn't get to several important topics (especially the rebirth of the PSGs and the meeting at the White House of faith based and community efforts to assist the unemployed) so I hope Jeff will do a sequel program.
In the course of our conversation, I mentioned a number of New Jersey's finest resources for people in transition including John Fugazzie, Abby Kohut, and Kenny Moore.
