Potential candidates must have some experience working under a PMO. This is an applications development/SDLC project management role. PMP Certification is a must for this role. The senior IT project manager will be responsible for leading and managing the deliverables and team within organization to deliver technology solutions for the business unit. They will coordinate and facilitate all activity within organization and work in conjunction with the PMO to ensure successful delivery of their projects or programs.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

At least 8-10 solid years as a senior IT project manager/program manager leading major strategic technology projects/programs ideally within financial services and/or insurance industries. Passion for leading and managing major change programs career minded and oriented to this role Strong track record of leading successful major change projects/programs from start to finish as the lead IT Project Manager Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality. This in terms of the admin. deliverables and working in conjunction with the business, PMO and portfolio manager. Responsible for leading projects with budgets of at least $1MM in spend and with duration of at least 12+ months Has worked within an IT PMO has understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead large projects and programs Leading large teams in a matrix environment consisting of various types of roles and skill sets Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in an effective manner Ability to deal with tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope Ability to lead several projects at once that have a common strategic goal Formal training in project management methodology is required Must be PMP Certified.

Soft Skills:

�Ability to clearly articulate issues/challenges/risks in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels Detail oriented; ability to summarize and effectively communicate and present to senior leaders Persistence, dedication, and ability to lead multiple projects at the same time Excellent people and relationship skills Strong influence and team building skills in a matrix environment Keen ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix environment.

Technical Skills Required:

Excellent ability at using the following tools - MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Title: IT Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain access codes and other computer security controls used to
insure appropriately limited access to computer software and data

* Monitor and Review logs of user access, security incidents, and
unusual transactions

* Ensure compliance with all state and federal information security
policies and regulations.

* Coordinate the development of information security policies, standards
and procedures by working closely with key IT staffs, data custodians
and governance groups in the development of such policies.

* Coordinate the development of an education and training program on
information security and privacy matters for employees and other
authorized users.

* Prepare and maintain security related reports and data. Work with
internal and external audit to ensure all findings are addressed timely
and effectively.

* Develop and implement an Incident Reporting and Response System to
address security breaches, policy violations and complaints from
external parties. Serve as the official contact for information security
and data privacy issues, including reporting to law enforcement.

* Develop and implement an ongoing risk assessment program targeting
information security and privacy matters. Recommend methods for
vulnerability detection and remediation, and oversee vulnerability
testing.

* Keep abreast of the latest IT security and privacy legislation,
regulations, advisories, alerts and vulnerabilities to ensure the
license security program and security software is current.

* Oversee the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all
new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security
solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures
generically and the enterpris security documents specifically.

* Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data
residing on or transmitted to/from/through enterprise workstations,
servers and other systems and in databases and other data repositories.

* Ensure the enforcement of enterprise security documents.

* Supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide
on-going communication with senior management.

* Supervise the design and execution of vulnerability assessments,
penetration tests and security audits.

* Perform regular security awareness training for all employees to
ensure consistently high levels of compliance with enterprise security
documents.

* Engage in ongoing communications with peers in the Systems and
Networking groups as well as the various business groups to ensure
enterprise wide understanding of security goals, to solicit feedback and
to foster co-operation.

* Supervises System Security Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 24/7 data center
environment

* Preference given to candidates with applicable certifications from
organizations such as Offensive Computing, SANS Institute, etc.

* Prior experience in information security analyst or auditor role

* Prior experience in internet based systems administration

* Prior experience with information security standards and best
practices in e-commerce settings

* Knowledge of IP configuration and services

* In depth understanding of the components present with and enterprise
network (Firewall/Switch/LoadBalancer/IPS)

* Knowledge of modern server hardware

* Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science or equivalent experience

* Knowledge of IBM AS/400

* Broad expertise in Information Security

* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

* The ability to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving environment

* Experience working with IP networking, networking protocols and
understanding of security related technologies including encryption,
IPsec, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, electronic mail and
access-lists

* Experience working with internet, web, application and network
security techniques

* Experience working with Windows operating system security

* Experience working with leading firewall, network scanning and
intrusion detection products and authentication technologies

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative.

* Ability to adjust priorities and manage time appropriately and wisely
