I don't know if you are active in the market right now but I have a position I think you would be interested in. My client is looking the following:

PRICE REPORTER/DATA ANALYST || Jersey City, NJ || $40k

Role
The vacancy lies within the Financial Information group, which is responsible for the dissemination, packaging and sales of wholesale market data derived from the firms' broking activities to the financial community including information vendors, specialist suppliers and investment banks.

The role involves being responsible for operating and maintaining a computer driven government bond pricing system, which delivers real-time prices for internal distribution to information vendors as well as financial data interpretation and analysis.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Adjusting indicative government bond prices via an internal database to ensure up to the minute pricing
· Analyzing key economic releases and associated market data
· Monitoring client systems to ensure data is received correctly
· Modifying and updating issues within the pricing database
· Maintaining in-house broker screens

Qualifications
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Close attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Good interpersonal and communicative skills
· Strong character and team player
· Genuine interest in financial markets, market data and analytics

Other Useful Attributes
· Knowledge of government bond and bond futures markets
· Basic understanding of relationships between markets
· Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters

Education and/or Other Requirements
· Minimum 4 year Undergraduate Degree

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology for our HQ location. This position is responsible for the day to day management of the SAP Human Capital Management modules for the HR Group and technically accountable for other HR applications. Additionally, you will develop and oversee business requirements and make recommendations for system enhancements to meet evolving user requirements and responsible for overall data integrity and usability of various applications.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and support over 30+ company-wide interfaces including, but not limited to Talx, Metlife, CIGNA, Applicant Tracking System bidirectional and ADP; develop business requirements for functional specifications; and responsible for the data integrity for all company-wide internal and external applications which use the SAP HR employee database. Additionally, you will be responsible for development and dissemination of data output through reporting via MSS, ESS, Business Warehouse queries, SQO1 query reporting, and adhoc reporting; and create a structured SAP HR training program. Manages, guides, and trains staff to provide the necessary support, skills, and experience for their professional development and advancement.

Education/Experience
BS/ 5+ years experience in HR and 4-6 years of HCM SAP experience. Additionally, you must have experience in reading and writing business requirements and identifying system/data-related issues; and management experience in managing staff, teams, projects, etc. Intermediate Access database, Excel and SQ01 knowledge and skills; developing Business Warehouse HCM queries and understanding of SAP integration between HCM modules are required skills.

Position: Director over Physician Revenue Cycle Operations
Location: NJ

We are working with a multi-hospital healthcare system helping them locate
a Director over Physician Revenue Cycle Operations. The health system
consists of several hospitals and a 110 doctor practice with 22 sites. This
person will report to the AVP of Finance and supervise a staff of 20 FTE's.
They will be responsible for managing the overall functions of professional
fee revenue cycle to ensure maximization of revenue and cash flow while
maintaining the highest levels of patient, physician, employee and other
customer satisfaction.  This includes management oversight of all business
related functions of the patient visit from point of entry to accurate
adjudication of the patient's accounts.  Specific areas of responsibility
include Revenue Cycle Training, Credentialing Registration, Claims
Management, Billing, Collections, Patient Insurance, Data Processing,
Integrity of Patient Accounts, Accounts Receivable Management, practice
management system file maintenance, and third party revenue cycle vendors.

Responsible for the coordination of these efforts together with site
personnel to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of registration, charge
capture, charge entry, claims submission, follow-up and account
adjudication.

- Oversees the revenue cycle process from point of patient contact into the
office through adjudication of the bill
- Defines protocols for each step in the cycle including, but not limited
to: pre-registration; verification of insurance; registration; time of
service and balance collections; system balancing and integrity; cash
management; coding and charge entry; claims management; and claims
adjudication
- Oversees system applications trainers to ensure optimal user/system
performance
- Responsible for claims and edits management to expedite release of claims
on hold
- Manages credentialing activities to optimize turnaround time from
initiation to carrier acceptance at the provider level
- Oversees the development and maintenance of a credentialing database for
effective tracking of effective, termination and renewal dates by carrier
- Responsible for system integrity, file maintenance, upgrades
- Liaison with third party billing vendor for optimal management of the
accounts receivable
- Develops ongoing monitors of performance; provides a dashboard of key
indicators to the clinic's management team
