Job Title: Systems Architect
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 04 months

Note: US citizen, Green card and EAD holder need to apply only.

Job Description:
Duties:
Individual in this role is responsible for architecting a solution that integrates a number of disparate systems that each play a disjointed role in an overall process in support of the software development lifecycle. A secondary responsibility will be to provide assistance and feedback to individual project teams via reviews of the application's architecture or provide support in troubleshooting technical issues.
The System Architect must have an excellent understanding of the various tools and technologies on the market and demonstrated ability to design an entire system configuration, including hardware, software, and communications.

Skills:
A minimum of 8 years or experience developing applications for Client Server or Web based architecture; with a minimum of 4 years of Architecting heterogeneous systems.
• Must have experience designing enterprise class solutions based on .NET or JAVA
• Experience with architecting integrated systems, interfaces and web services
• Must be able to create and understand architecture UML diagrams.
• Familiarity with various integration models - SOA based, point to point, HL7, API based, etc.
• Must have superior knowledge of Web Services, XML and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of SOA and Object Oriented analysis and design is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in the Bio Tech or Healthcare would be preferred
• Data integration experience with Custom .NET applications, BizTalk/webMethods and SharePoint will be preferred.

Enterprise Development: webMethods, BizTalk, C#, .Net, JAVA, XML/XSLT, Web Services
Data Access Technologies: PL-SQL, T-SQL
Database: SQL Server 2005/2000, Oracle (at least 9i), Access

Web Development: ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, Active Server Pages (ASP)

Database: SQL Server 2005/2000, Oracle (at least 8.0)

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
