Title: Director Marketing

Essential Function:
The Director Marketing identifies the highest potential market opportunities
and leads the Consumer Division to deliver them.

Responsibilities:
Long Term Responsibilities -
. Create strong Category Business Plans to deliver long term topline and
bottom-line objectives
. Leverage Consumer Insights to deploy Product Development Briefs

. Annual Plan Responsibilities -
. Ensure NPA (New Product Adaptation) timelines to deliver annual topline
. Be the key keeper of category margin (cost side)

Activities
Business Planning and Strategic Leadership
Provide thought leadership to the division on consumer insights and
competitive understanding. Set long term strategy to move category
development (topline and bottom-line) in line with division portfolio
strategy. Ensure annual financial plans are on strategy.

New Product Development
Create Product Development Briefs to ensure long term business objectives
are being appropriately addressed. Through Associate/ Assistant Marketing
Managers, provide oversight to cross-functional project teams working on
in-year NPA projects. Engage with Directors across functions to ensure that
the team receives appropriate cross functional support in their projects.

Market and Business Monitoring
Monitor the market at the category level to ensure that the division is
quick to spot emerging market trends and to ensure that an appropriate and
timely response is in place. Monitor Category sales to spot emerging trends
and ensure appropriate response in case of internal/ external issues through
interaction with other functions within the company.

Consumer Marketing and External Communications
Lead the development of strong consumer marketing skills within the
organization. Craft and deliver retailer communication regarding consumer
insights, and new developments in the category. Set strategy to drive growth
of the category via consumer promotions or advertising in the appropriate
media. Attend sales calls as the subject matter expert on Consumer Marketing
issues.

People Development
Ensure that the team of Assistant/ Associate Marketing Managers develops
strong Consumer Marketing skills. Create a strong bench. Lead career
planning discussion with AMMs, provide training and development support and
to provide appropriate coaching and career planning input

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct Reports: Assistant/ Associate Marketing Managers

Minimum Requirements
Equivalent Education Level Requirement:
Bachelor degree.
Business School graduate preferred.

Experience Required:
. Minimum 5 years experience in consumer marketing in a business selling
packaged goods to consumers or to retailers
. Strong experience in all four P's on a national brand or retailer brand
. Well versed in "general management" approach as opposed to classical
"marketing focused" approach to business management
. 3 years or more experience managing at least 1 sub-ordinate.
. Must have strong people skills to work within diverse team and to ensure
cross functional co-operation.

Knowledge Required
. IRI/ Retail-link - strong understanding of the systems as well as the
terminology and strategic usage
. Must be able to use MS Office products. Required deep expertise in
PowerPoint and in Excel
. Must have very clear understanding of CPG P&L and managing of a business
to deliver P&L outcomes.

Summary:

The individual reports to the Manager of HRIS while supporting the data
integrity of the HRIS applications and its users/customers.

Responsibilities:

* Provides HRIS user/customer support which includes but not limited
to:

* Employee Self Service (ESS)

* Manager Self Service (MSS)

* Reports including reports on data summaries, changes and trends
for use by management

* Queries

* User training

* Troubleshooting process and data issues

* Adheres and promotes HR/HRIS policies and procedures

* Monitors data integrity by the use of but not limited to conducting
various data audits which includes running ad hoc reports aimed to maintain
data integrity.

* Provide technical and developmental support for the reporting
application infrastructure used by the HRIS group and end user community.

* Research, design, development, documentation, testing, and
implementation of HRIS modules, enhancements, customizations, and upgrades.

* Participates in system preparation, which includes table and field
maintenance, employee data audits, and system refreshes. Process human
resources information via mass updates, if necessary.

* Responsible for insuring vendor interfaces are running consistently
and correctly. Interface with outsourced vendors to ensure necessary system
support is provided. Modify, test, implement, and support interface programs
to facilitate the flow of information to and from the HR database. Work
with vendors on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

* Document and analyze business flows impacting HR or our company
philosophy while recognizing opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: **Peoplesoft experience is key

* Bachelor's degree

* 3 to 5 years of experience with an HRIS or HCM application. HR
experience with Peoplesoft is required or comparable HRIS or HCM
Implementation experience.

* Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system administration desired.

* Experience writing and running queries.

* Must possess above average PC skills (including MS office).
Intermediate to advanced

* Excel required and MS Access skills desired.

* Ability to develop, validate, maintain and distribute a variety of
HR data reports in varying formats

Sr. Software Engineers
Qualifications:
* Spring MVC is a required skill.

Overview:
The primary focus of this position is to support software
development and maintenance within the Java API and JSP tiers for our client*s
partner webstores and back-end system engineering functions. The position
requires the individual to work closely with the Database, Architecture and
Project Management teams to develop and implement new webstore functionality.
Software Engineers are involved in all phases of a project including: planning,
reviewing specifications, documentation, scheduling, development, testing and
ongoing support.
- Work with the technology project teams to guide the
design of new applications to support the company*s business needs.
- Develop and enhance webstore API code based on project
documentation including written requirements, flow diagrams, page comps and
data designs.
- Participate in requirements definition.
- Assist in the estimation of work for the Web
Technologies group by defining task breakdown, project duration and concurrent
effort.
- Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
- Function independently with project assignments and not
require a lot of direction or supervision.
- Exhibit a process-oriented mindset and produce
detailed, accurate and readable documentation.

Desirable Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce software application
development is preferred
- Hands on experience with Oracle 9i or higher, BEA Web
Logic 10.0 or higher desired
- Experience developing in XML / SOAP technologies is
desired
- Experience developing in Spring MVC / Apache Struts /
MULE Web Application Framework is desired
