You will provide strategic HR support for a 300-person plant (employees and contractors) , providing sound management and leadership in the HR Functional arena to include labor and employee relations, reward and performance management and coaching. The HR Manager will develop the site people strategy and ensure the integration and execution of HR initiatives, build successful relationships and foster a positive work environment. This job reports into BU HR Manager and Plant Manager and has one direct report.
Salary is targeted in the 80-120K range with 15% bonus opportunity and full benefits. Relocation assistance is available; potential for future relocation is highly desirable.
