[itroundtable] In need of accountant / CPA

 

Hello,

       I am interested in purchasing a business, and I am looking for an accountant or CPA to go down there with me to audit their financial records, and verify that the information they have given me regarding the net and gross amounts of the business are accurate.  I, like many of you, have been unemployed for quite some time now and my funds are limited.  Whatever funds I do have will be needed to purchase the business.  Therefore, I am hoping I can find someone to do this for me pro bono, or at a greatly reduced rate.  If anyone can help me with this, please contact me privately.
