North Jersey Consumer Goods company is seeking a highly technical individual
to ensure delivery and availability of highly transactional and heavy
traffic web applications. Must be very proficient in all aspects of LAMP. No
Lamp, no interview. Position is 80% application server side and 20% on the
database. Needs to know what pieces go into launching a web application.
Will work with MySQL databases, administer patches to Apache, and deploy
newest versions of PHP. Somebody on the database side should be able to make
sure that there are no bad queries. NOT looking for a database developer.
This is really a support position to make sure that the application is
running smoothly, there are no memory leaks, no application flaws and the
application is intact. A production support team background could be a good
fit. Will do Systems Administration (Red Hat is a plus). No relocation! Must
live in the tri-state area! US Citizens, Green Card, or EAD Holders. No
recruiters please!

Primary Function:
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure accurate financial
activities at the Moorestown facility as well as within the global Printed
Components group.
The global Printed Components group includes two other facilities in
addition to the facility in Moorestown. These are located in Guaynabo, PR
and Dublin, Ireland. The group represents annual revenue of approx. $100MM,
or approximately 6% of the total Catalent revenue.
Key responsibilities include monthly financial reporting and analysis,
monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, annual strategic planning and
development of Capital Authorization Requests (CARs) along with being a key
component of the Printed Components' management team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Financial Reporting & Analysis (15%)
Responsible for ensuring that all monthly financial reporting requirements
are met in an accurate and timely manner. Provides meaningful financial
information and analysis to Printed Components VP/GM, VP/BD, Ops Director
and local management team.
B. Financial Forecasting (10%)
Responsible for detailed review and analysis of the Moorestown monthly
forecast and also oversight of the Guaynabo and Dublin forecasts. Issues
should be researched and resolved prior to the Total PC forecast being
approved by senior management.
C. Financial Systems (10%)
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial systems
used by the group to run the business.
D. Internal Control/Audit (10%)
Responsible for ensuring that the PC sites are in compliance with Catalent
Pharma Solutions financial policies and procedures and generally accepted
accounting principles (GAAP). Acts as the main interface between all PC
entities for both internal and external audit, including scheduling for all
interim and year-end audit activities.
E. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management (10%)
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of cost accounting
activities at Moorestown which ultimately will drive pricing decisions. Also
responsible for accurate inventory management ensuring compliance with cycle
and annual inventory counts.
F. Capital Appropriations Request (CAR) Process (5%)
Responsible for ensuring Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) are loaded
accurately and with sufficient detail into the Catalent Capex System (CCS)
for senior management review and approval.
G. Annual Budget (10%)
Responsible for coordination of the annual budget process. The coordination
effort includes setting process requirements, establishing appropriate
timetables, and consolidating submissions by the PC entities. Also included
is the overall review of the process results for reasonableness and
accuracy.
H. Strategic Planning (20%)
Responsible for the annual five year strategic planning process in
co-ordination with the VP Finance and VP/GM Printed Components.
Responsibilities include consolidation of the five year financial summary
and detailed support and analysis throughout the year of strategic growth
opportunities.
I. Staff Development (10%)
Responsible for ensuring that all PC Finance associates are meeting
challenging but realistic performance standards and that development needs
are identified, properly communicated and that development plans for each
associate are implemented.

Reporting to the Executive Director for Recreation, the Special Events
Coordinator creates, plans, and implements content and logistics for
university wide special events and trips that are sponsored by the
Recreation Department. Works closely with campus deans, deans of students,
Residence Life, Community Affairs, Undergraduate Admissions, and university
committees to produce programs and services, engage students and develop a
sense of community. Develops new opportunities, expands relationships with
area sports governing bodies and commercial entities, designs specialized
programs for niche groups both inside and outside the university, and

Job Description
The (Associate) Director, Internal Communications will develop strategy and
execute internal communication projects, programs and presentations. The
candidate will have education and experience in the communications field
with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic internal
communications across global audiences. They will work closely with the Vice
President Corporate Affairs, Presidents of Business Units, Heads of
functional areas, and Human Resources to drive employee engagement
communications strategies across the company. Person must work well in a
group and under pressure managing a variety of communications initiatives in
parallel. They must be able to lead by influence at, and above peer level,

Reporting to the Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, the incumbent's
day-to-day activities include:
Leads internal communications strategies to translate employee engagement
opportunities into communications actions.
Leads development of content for employee town halls, global management
meetings and other presentations as required.
Writes executive internal communications including speeches, presentations,
talking points, videos, emails, etc.
Coordinates town hall meeting presentations
Serves as editor and drives initiatives to maximize employee communication
effectiveness, including writing, editorial calendar and content management
for Intranet, quarterly newsletter and oversight of weekly bulletins and
daily communications
Partners with human resources to develop effective organizational
announcements, executive bulletins, executive sponsored benefit
communications, etc.
Partners with Associate Director, Global Events and Community Relations to
write communications for internal employee engagement events and U.S.
Community Relations campaigns
Provides guidance to leadership team members on ways to optimize the
dissemination of information to internal audiences (vehicle recommendations)

operational support for a internet technology company located in New York's
Silicon Alley.

Director Medical Affairs in Dermatology Morris County, NJ
Supervises the assimilation of a substantial body of medical/scientific and
regulatory information about disease states and therapeutic treatments
associated with assigned dermatology brands. Translates medical/scientific
knowledge into understandable and actionable insights.
Effectively communicates with the Marketing/commercialization groups as well

Reviews published and proprietary clinical data/publications to generate new
claims and messages. Provides Marketing Team and agencies with necessary
medical/clinical information for development of internal core message
documents and promotional materials.
Provides medical/scientific information to US Public Relations for the
development of position papers and responses to press releases that could
impact the Business.
Is the chief architect of the US R&D medical/clinical plan, and will need to
gain consensus/support across both R&D and business partners. Identifies
areas for study, and designs clinical studies that achieve the objectives of
the medical/clinical strategy, working with US Key Opinion Leaders and
investigators. Studies will support the development of new claims/messages,
new indications, and registrations, for current and developing formulations.
Work closely with the global medical directors to ensure that detailed
protocols meet strategic needs and utilize expertise in detailing the
objectives of the study into protocols and ensure that studies are executed
according to plan, timeline and budget.
Primary contact with the Health Authorities regarding medical/clinical
issues and point person for representing Consumer Care in external forums
(internal requirements as well as industry) related to specific category
activity. Responsible for leading medical content for health authority
reports, summaries, and meeting. Insures that the department complies with
both the letter and spirit of all laws and regulations, and continually
reinforces policy in these areas. Remains alert to any legal problems that
may arise, seeking counsel through proper channels if faced with such
problems. Responsible for
developing and writing accurate and influential Medical/Clinical submissions
to Health Authorities.
Approves advertising copy and promotional copy from a Medical perspective.
Assures productivity and resource objectives are met by overseeing timeline
and budget requirements, including allocation of budget to specific projects
in support of direction set by the head of Medical Affairs.
PharmD, PhD or MD with10-15 years of experience relative to clinical
research and development or medical affairs. Must be a Certified
Dermatologist.
Understanding of medical practices, medical specialties and scientific
issues in applicable product areas
Good understanding of key pre-clinical and clinical trials, including design
and interpretation
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills with the
ability to influence, and motivate others
Able to champion products while maintaining an objective unbiased
perspective.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Travel less than 25%. Mostly domestic travel, some international.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We currently seeking an experienced and professional Programmer to be
responsible for delivering new solutions, providing maintenance, and

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2005, C# 3.0, and Microsoft's .NET Framework 3.5.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution from Development to
Implementation. Experience in delivering solutions through the full Software

development on Windows platforms including ASP.net.
Superior skills in logic, problem solving, and planning as well as
excellent written and verbal communication abilities are a must.

all documents. The Traffic Coordinator is able to give the status of any

Less variability in process time due to better planning mechanisms (metrics)
Proportion of key participants (CCL, Reviewers, Project Owner) who are not
dissatisfied with the process
Increased demonstration of key values by MAP participants (peer reviews)
An accountable and collaborative work environment
Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
Strong mastery of the English language (written and oral)
Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical advertising trafficking or
equivalent
Experience in the coordination and traffic of print, direct marketing
campaigns, online, TV and radio desired
Understanding of pharmaceutical review and approval processes (preferred)
Ability to manage 150-200 projects at any given time with multiple
deadlines
Demonstrated persistent follow through and ability to juggle shifting
priorities with ease
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong conflict resolution skills
Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with an aptitude for
details
Strong project and process management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the production process preferred
Results-oriented ability to deliver under tight deadlines or for impact on

Ability to work closely with brand leads, respective agencies, vendors,
departments, etc (when needed) to ensure timelines are met
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe
Acrobat
