My name is Veenu and I'm an IT Recruiter at NCS Technologies. Our Client is looking for a Program Manager for a 6 months contract.
The opening is located in Pennington, NJ.
Job Description
Senior program/project manager to help drive initiation phase of a business-critical strategic initiative with multiple inter-dependent work-streams, an aggressive schedule, and high leadership visibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple work-streams during Initiation Phase of large-scale global initiative
• Manage cross-functional project teams using leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
• Develop the appropriate project plans, assign team roles and responsibilities, manage scope, deliver milestones, collect and analyze other project metrics to manage work-streams and drive accountability for the accomplishment of overall business solutions
• Participate in managing project scope, project budgeting and cost reporting
• Participate in managing resolution of project issues and risks.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with the above responsibilities.
• Proven track record meeting budget and schedule while still meeting or exceeding business requirements and goals
• Strong knowledge and extensive use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques
• Excellent communicator and people leader
• Experience working with business clients in a scientific environment preferred
• Experience working in bio/pharmaceutical R&D enterprises preferred
