As Human Resources Associate Director at Community Health Center, you will support the dedicated, accomplished staff of Community Health Center as they deliver transformational health care. You will lead in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources systems that result in clinical excellence, new ways to improve the health of communities we serve and training of the next generation of health care professionals. Integral to your role is ensuring that human resources initiatives contribute to the alignment of business strategy and objectives with CHC's people, processes and culture. This is a hands-on role in which you will apply your expertise in human resources systems and processes, as well your broad-based human resources skills and knowledge.

* HRIS and other HR management systems
* Orientation/ on boarding
* Recruitment
* Performance management
* Benefits
* Compensation
* Employee relations
* HR-related training
* Organizational development
* Policy
* Legal and regulatory compliance
* Workers compensation administration
* HR reporting and research
* HR-related measurement
* Process and administrative improvement
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Master's degree in related field a plus
* At least five years varied exempt-level human resources experience
* Successful track record in computer-based human resources systems management, including selection, implementation and administration
* Project management skills
* Vendor management skills
* Quantitative reporting and analysis skills
* Knowledge of HR principles, practices and processes
* Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
* PHR or SPHR certification a plus
* Service orientation
* Ability to develop good relationships, establish credibility and positively influence behaviors with all levels of the organization
* Team skills
* Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environment
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing and growing organization that requires that employees set high standards of performance while pursuing and achieving aggressive goals
* Able to anticipate and respond to client needs in a timely effective manner

Senior Materials Engineer
Design, research, analyze and develop materials and their related fabrication processes to optimize materials for use in an engineering design.
Applies principals of chemistry, physics, metallurgy and material behavior to develop metallic, non-metallic and composite materials
Perform failure analysis and life predictions on components, sub-systems, and systems
Review and approve subcontractor procedures
Perform testing in a laboratory as required
Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry material specifications and quality assurance codes and standards
Basic Qualifications :
BS/BE degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Physics or equivalent. Masters Degree a plus.
Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of Material Science or Material Engineering.
Experience in the aerospace and/or military industry
Good verbal, documentation and presentation skills.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
A working knowledge and the ability to read drawings using Pro/E.
A background in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
