Our client, one of the top US investment banks, offering securities underwriting and trading, mergers and acquisitions advice, research, private equity investment, and risk management products, is seeking a Business Analyst. Mitchell/Martin Inc. is working directly with the Director who supervises this group, and who has the final say in hiring resources. They have budget and are ready to hire. LOCATION: Hopewell, NJ DURATION: 6 Months + RATE: $60/HR *** The Ideal Candidate has at least 3 Years of experience with Business Analysis with a financial background. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and can work in a fast paced environment. Business Analyst responsible for: * Complex business requests (operational, product) and turning them into 'best in class' Business Requirements and End User Documentation. * Very strong communication skills, business savvy, strong organizational skills, and very fast learners. * Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years experience writing Business Requirements (including Process Flows, System flows , Use Cases), and writing End User Documentation. Those who have Equity Compensation (Stock Plan Administration), and/or Brokerage background are strongly preferred. * Must have advanced proficiency in MS toolset (Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and/or Visio), MS Access, Sharepoint a plus, but most importantly be able to use these tools to create 'best in class' output that is recognized as such by the technology team located in US and offshore (Development, Testing) and Business Partners.
