Global Set Top Box Trends Webinar - What it means to North American Brands
Join us for a FREE Webinar on July 22, 2010
Global set top box shipments grew 15% per year from 2008-2009 according to IMS
Research. Interactive television iDTV allows consumers to not only access
content on demand but to also participate in real-time voting, control viewing
angles, influence program outcomes such as plot details and endings, submit
comments, and interact with other viewers/fans. Corporate communicators and
marketers have a huge opportunity to connect directly with consumers in a way
that has not been possible in the past. Paul Erickson, Senior Analyst for IMS
Research will share very recent findings from their forthcoming 2010 study on
set top boxes and iDTVs. Markus Schloesser, head of KIT digital Germany, will
discuss how large global organizations are embracing this trend and what North
American brands can learn from them.

Speakers:
Jeffrey Boehme, Senior Vice President, Advanced TV, The Nielsen Company
Paul Erickson, Senior Analyst, IMS Research
Markus Schloesser, Head, KIT digital Germany
