Hi folks....just a quick update about the meeting location....The meeting will be held at 88 West End Av, Somerville, in a white, two-family house, to the right of/adjacent to the Immaculate Conception Church parking lot.

Off the Somerville Circle, take the "exit" for Route 28 East and the house will be on the left, about 2/3 the way down before the traffic light at Mountain Av. If you have trouble finding it, call 908-581-5843.

I couldn't disagree with this statement more!

Your career goals are just those - YOUR career goals. They aren't about
me, the hiring manager. They aren't about solving my problems. They
are about what YOU want.

It isn't that your career goals are irrelevant to me, it's that you
first have to get me engaged before they become relevant. Once I've
decided to meet with you and interview you, I will want to know about
those, but to even get me to want to do that, you have to be completely
focused on what is relevant to me. You have to concentrate on answering
the "WIIFM" question for me - "What's In It For Me?", where "me" is the
hiring manager.

Services at a major company in King of Prussia, PA.

Reporting to the Senior Director, E-Commerce Technology Services (ETB) Account
Services, an Account Services Director is a leadership position within the ETB
organization. Leading a dedicated team of ETB resources, this position will
oversee the initiation, management and closure of a portfolio of technology
services initiatives in support of the strategic goals of a core group of
strategic clients. The Account Services Director will be responsible for
managing the successful and timely delivery of revenue-generating initiatives,
leveraging established project management practices and standards set by the
company project office. They will collaborate with senior management across all

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting total
