Brand Marketing Specialist

technology sales and service integration environment with specific creative

As the Marketing Director for this North Atlanta based international leader
of air-conditioning and heating technology, you will be intimately involved
with the continuation of what has been a phenomenal 16 consecutive years of
growth and instrumental in helping lead the explosive growth happening right
now.

The Director will drive market positioning of HVAC products and solutions
within the consumer and commercial market segments. You will identify
market segment marketing related activities, growth strategy recommendations
and execution plans. You will be responsible for the adherence of market
performance goals and implementation plans that align with the company's
goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Brand Image and Positioning
* Product Position Strategy Development and Execution
* Product Introduction Management
* Directing National and Regional Communications Initiatives to Drive
Market Conversion to New Technologies
* Management of Departmental Budget

You absolutely must be the type of individual who thinks strategically, has
excellent people management skills, is innovative and creative and have the
ability to manage multiple projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Engineering Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
* At least 3 years of B2B and B2C marketing leadership experience at a
similar technology VAR/Services/or manufacturing company at least at a
Director level
* Experience in idea generation, product management, public relations,
new product development, advertising, brand building, interactive marketing,
B2B marketing, B2C marketing, budget management and competitive analysis

Salary to $130,000 and substantial bonus. Comprehensive benefits provided.
