Candidate should be hands-on team lead with expert level knowledge in Core JAVA, spring & Hibernate. · Collaborate with Muni Users for requirement, business discussion, design review and UAT testing. · Follow the standard SDLC process for project delivery. · Understand and enhance various trading system components. · Optimize and tune existing modules for better performance. · Contribute towards design and solutions with broader application. · Collaborate with other technology teams –internal and external, and work closely with extended QA teams in a different time zone Candidate must have good written and communication skills to interact with front office users. Qualifications The right candidate should have twelve to fifteen years of total experience developing applications in Java, J2EE, spring, Hibernate, XML, Tibco, and Sybase etc. The right candidate must have successful track record of leading a team of five to ten IT professionals for three to five years.
