Location: New York

Position: Data Architect

Enterprise Data Architects/Consultant to join an elite team within our
Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Technology Consulting Practice for global
markets. The successful candidate will work closely with customer enterprise
data architecture teams helping on their data strategy, data modeling,
database architecture, data optimization and governance initiatives. The
candidates will work with our globally distributed delivery teams providing
technology oversight and ownership. The candidates will work with BFS domain
experts, strategic vendor partners and horizontal practices to develop
domain specific tools and accelerators that can be proactively taken to
market.

This is a challenging opportunity to work with a strong group of
technologists who will contribute to the evolution of the legacy
transformation offerings within the largest and fastest growing business
unit. The applicants must have a strong academic and professional background
and are keen to take their careers to the next level as industry thought
leaders.

Must be willing to travel more than 75% globally.

Must-have:

. Experience as Enterprise Data Architect/Consultant in BFS domain
- Retail banking, Investment Banking or Cards & Payments

. Experience working with a management consulting/Big-5 firm

. Experience working with CTO/CIO organizations or Enterprise
Architecture groups

. Experience working on an enterprise data
architecture/transformation program

. Experience with common financial industry models such as FSLDM,
IFW, IFX etc

. Project experience and knowledge of common database platforms
Oracle, DB2 or Sybase

. Experience with life-cycle data engineering and metadata
managements tools

Nice-to-have:

-Large-scale data migration/re-engineering experience

-Database tuning and performance engineering of large data-centric
applications

-Demonstrable thought-leadership e.g. conference presentations,
publications, etc

- Exposure to EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman

Education & Experience:

- BS/MS in Computer Science from a prestigious university

- 12+ years of IT industry experience of which at least 8+ years of
experience in retail banking investment banking or cards/payments domain

Client is looking for an experienced Microsoft SharePoint focused professional with a passion for, and in-depth experience in, designing, building, deploying and supporting large world-class enterprise-level Microsoft solutions.

This position will include responsibility for:

• Providing pre-sales, post sales and implementation services for clients

• Providing senior technical leadership through all project stages for small and large scale SharePoint infrastructure assessment, design, deployments, migrations utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

Architect/Team Lead with experience in the following:

• Consultancy, Vendor or large Enterprise experience

• The required experience is expected to be with large/Enterprise customer engagement:

o Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/MOSS, including assessment, design, pilot upgrades/implementations

 Capacity planning, disaster recovery, performance tuning and testing, logical architecture design

 Design a large enterprise-level farm environment based upon technical, application and business requirements

 Knowledge to develop complex deployment scenarios

 Ability to support application migration engagements

• Ability to deliver Microsoft SDPS (certification) – SharePoint design and planning service engagements

Experience with the following related technologies:

o SQL Server 2000/2005

o Internet Information Server 6.0

o Active Directory

o Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint

o Project Server integration

o Windows Workflow Foundation

o Server farm design concepts

o Windows networking principle

o MS Windows Server 2003/2008

Additional experience/tasks for this position:

• Superior customer facing and technical skills including ability to develop "trusted advisor" relationship with Enterprise customers

• Project Management experience a plus

• Assessment of customer's environment prior to migration.

• Project plan development.

• Documentation for migration plan.

• Development of deployment and test plans.

• Experience working as a team leader within a process/project-oriented organization.

• The Consultant must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations; effectively demonstrate products and solutions; and be able to write customer proposals

Education/Certifications:

MCSE

Microsoft Certified Master: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 – a large plus

Microsoft SDPS Certification

Bachelors degree, technical degree or equivalent experience

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Position: Flex Developer

Must be a US Citizen/GC Holder/EAD Holder

1. 3-7 years Flex experience. Flex 4 has been rebranded by Adobe and
is now called Flash Builder.

Client Would expect candidates to have plenty of experience in Flex 3+

2. Flex specific items to review:

* action script components utilizing the Cairngorm MVC library /
design pattern.
* event propagation
* Flex Event Model
* event objects, dispatchers, and listeners
* Strong vs. weak references.
* Deep Linking.

3. Experience in the defined contribution, payroll, healthcare
verticals is preferred, but not a requirement.
4. Candidates with a certification(s) is a plus.
5. Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
