Position Overview

Our client is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst position who will work
closely with the Finance department and other internal groups to prioritize
and implement system solutions, reporting systems, review and improve
current business processes. The position involves understanding new
business strategies, providing recommendations for automated solutions to
support new strategies and implementing the proposed solutions with
predetermined resources, budgets, and timelines.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

. Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing
and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions;
develop effective business cases; and execute selected solutions.

. Execute FI/CO configuration, functional documentation, testing
plans and results, system documentation and training materials using
approved tools, templates and methods.

. Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects.

. Build and maintain relationships with business users, IT
colleagues and external resources to foster teamwork and enable effective
application delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

. BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or
related field.

. 4-6 years hands-on configuration experience of SAP FI/CO including
2 full-life cycle SAP implementations and/or version upgrade experience.

. Experience with all major areas of FI including General Ledger,
Accounts Payable (AP), and all major areas of CO including Cost Center
Accounting (CCA), CO-Internal Order (IO), and EC-Profit Center Accounting
(PCA) & CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).

. Knowledge of Finance business best practices and experience
leading process design session.

. Experience developing functional specifications.

. Familiarity with integration to MM/SD & fundamental understanding
of ABAP.

. SAP 4.7 or later; prefer ECC 5.0/ECC 6.0 with AFS (Apparel and
Footwear Solution) experience.

. Experience with Paymetric/XiPay Payment Processing and Sabrix Tax
Processing a plus

. Candidates must be self-Motivated and driven, detail-oriented, and

1.CONSULTANT - Midtown

Senior-level consulting assistance required to support the bank's strategy
to establish global custody and foreign exchange business operations and
supporting system platform. Banking Background preferred

Services to be Provided:
Consultant candidate must be highly experienced subject matter expert
(minimum 10 years) in foreign exchange processing activities and possess
keen knowledge, insight with 3rd-party FX system applications.
Management experience is required to lead the bank's analysis and
decision-making
process for the purchase versus internal build-out of foreign exchange
system applications that will support the firm's global custody securities
business.

Provide "hands-on" involvement, under the direction of the bank's Global
Custody Formation Steering Committee, in the development and implementation
of both the business (front, middle, and back office) and systems framework
for FX transaction processing.
Will work closely with business operations, treasury and information
technology areas during the engagement to ensure an appropriate FX framework
that possesses sound internal controls and industry best practices is
established.

Candidate will work with requisite project members in policy decisions and
workflow design including development of requisite procedural documentation.

Candidate will be responsible for the routine monitoring and reporting on
the progress of the efforts undertaken. An operations/project management
background is strongly preferred.

Expertise with global securities functions is highly desirable.

Must be an effective communicator and be willing to work in a collaborative,
team work setting.

Engagement Deliverables Expected:
Consultant is expected to work "hand-in-hand" with the Project Steering
Committee throughout the implementation phases of establishing a foreign
exchange operating environment to support the bank's global custody business
while meeting established timeframes and project deliverables through the
conclusion of the project.
Consultant will lead certain efforts and be directly accountable for the
requisite day-to-day project activities in developing the bank's foreign
exchange processes and workflows.

Estimated Length of assignment:
18 months

2.DTC SPECIALIST
Salary range up to 60 to 85 based on experience
Operations - DTC Equities Settlements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Equities settlements
- Must have a full understanding and have used ADP and Cage 3 for
settlements
- Must be versed in regulatory requirements surrounding Equities settlements
- Candidate must be able to multi-task
- Candidate should be self-motivated and have strong communication skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
Ensuring settlement of equities trades for all affiliate and firm business
through DTC
Daily interaction with affiliate contacts and Middle Office support
Verbal confirmation of trades with counterparties
Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies
Daily monitoring of customer balances and funding requirements
Daily communication with stock loan desk to ensure coverage of all short
positions
Ensuring team completes daily requirements and follows procedures
Communication with compliance team on all potential issues with Reg Sho
Escalation of issues to management
Ability to suggest and implement changes to processes
