                                                  Seasoned level job working under minimal supervision who develops procurement sourcing and negotiation
                                                  Strategies for assigned medium dollar value projects.

Technical Support and Implementation Analyst to work mainly on our collateral
management solution to provide first level and second level support

role, however the candidate is required to work closely with other

LOCATION: New York City

The candidate must live within commuting distance to NYC. The NY office is
located only two blocks from Grand Central. Candidates requiring relocation or
a remote office location will not be considered for this role. This
position also requires 20% travel to London and Shanghai with
occasional trips to the West Coast and Mid West.

COMPENSATION: Salary plus benefits.

POSITION:

The role will involve:

*Investigation and resolution of client issues.
*Problem solving to assist the technical support team in support of the
company’s ASP solutions.

respond to new market requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Must have recent experience working in technical support for a financial
service company or a software product company in the financial industry.
*Knowledge of trading or collateral management is a huge plus.
*Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of “ hands on” technical troubleshooting
experience with distributed, enterprise applications. Knowledge of full cycle
software development is important.
*Must be capable of handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client relations
skills.
*Candidate must also have the interpersonal skills to interact appropriately
with clients when handling issues, trouble-shooting production issues, or
responding to queries.
*Candidate must be flexible and self motivated with the ability to work
independently and take ownership to follow assignments through to resolution
*A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Must be lawful permanent resident or US citizen to apply.


SKILLS REQUIRE:

Knowledge of web-based architectures.

* Minimum 5 years "hands on” experience in Java! J2EE and oracle! MS SQ L
*Should be able to review java code and identify potential issues
*Should be able to make code changes and execute unit! System tests
*Should be familiar with RDBMS concepts to identify database problems
*Should be able to write! Debug SQL statements to analyst e data! Resolve
client issues

Knowledge of LDAP, JMS, JBoss, UNIX and MQ Series.
Knowledge of JMS Concepts

they are seeking VP, Financial Planning and Analysis for a Full Time Job.


Vice President position reports to the VP, Financial Planning and Analysis. This
position provides exposure to senior Corporate Financial Management as well as
Business Line Heads on a global level. Position will interact with Subsidiaries,
Back office Department Heads, Division Finance & Global Lines of Business
Managers and Accounting.

Responsibilities will include:

· Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic
management reporting of financial results for assigned Cost Center departments
against budget and forecast on a Global level
· Prepare yearly budget and strategic plans for assigned Cost Center
departments in conjunction with their business heads

· Develop and assist in managing the allocation methodology for transfer
pricing between support functions and revenue generating front office desks
· Translate, consolidate and analyze financial data of subsidiaries/ new
acquisitions for actual results, budgets and estimates. This could include the
analysis of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
· Calculate foreign exchange and its impact on the budget consolidation
process and other financial reporting analyses

· Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in various business building
initiatives requested by Senior Management.
· Participate in planning and execution of various cost efficiency
initiatives throughout the company as appropriated by Senior Management


This position requires the following qualifications:
· Bachelors degree required, Accounting major preferred;
· CPA preferred;
· PC Skills: MS Excel and Word required; Essbase familiarity a strong
plus;

· 5 to 7 years of accounting/finance-related experience in public
accounting or equivalent relevant experience in a Corporate Finance role;

· A successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, thorough
understanding of US GAAP, and a detail orientation;

· Strong communication skills, interpersonal and tem-building skills
needed ;

· Self-starter, results-oriented and problem-solving skills are desired.
