Title: HRIS Administrator
Location: Norwalk , CT
Rate: $49-61 C2C or $43-53/hr W-2
Duration: 17 months
Our client is seeking a HRIS Administrator who will provide general administrativeof the HR Portal and PeopleSoft system including user assistance, testing, modification of test scripts (PeopleSoft) , updating project plans, communicating project status, ticketing system research and follow-up, and general assistance with booking conference rooms/meetings etc.
Required Skills and qualifications:
3 years HRIS admin experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Testing and end user assistance experience
Modification of test scripts (PeopleSoft)experience
Ticketing system research and follow up (EIC, Remedy)
Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment
Quick learner with the ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations
Experience updating project plans and communicating project status
Must have strong Excel skills
Attention to detail

Job Description A Major Life Insurance Company is looking for a Procurement Manager in their Somerset, New Jersey office.
Job Responsibilities:
Seasoned level job working under minimal supervision who develops procurement sourcing and negotiation
Strategies for assigned medium dollar value projects.
Assesses business clients’ current and future needs and expectations. Reviews clients’ spend levels and
Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
Partners with clients on strategy, contract negotiations and the purchasing processes. Ensures that business
Requirements are included in sourcing strategies and the statement of work.
Uses â€"e-Procurement and e-sourcing tools.
Negotiates sourcing events to obtain the highest value in services purchased.
Develops commodity specific RFP’s and is engaged in RFP analysis.
