*Women - Your Job Search and Social Networking*
Carole Martin
It appears, from studies conducted over the past few years that women are
more actively involved in using Social Media Networking then men. They have
more Facebook and Twitter pages, and they are blogging away!

*Not a big surprise - women have been "natural-born-networkers" since the
beginning of time* and when social media became available it was an
opportunity to connect - not only in the local community but to *reach out
to a global network of women* (and men, of course)... [read

*Career Resource: Ready Aim Hired©*

The search processes and the tactics detailed in this book have made Mr.
Coon's clients highly successful as they execute their job or career
searches. Their average *salary increases range from 15% to 50% and their
job search times are under one-half the national average.*

The book is hard-hitting, no-nonsense, fact-filled, and exercise-rich. Mr.
Coon is often quoted as saying, "The purpose of an interview is not to
interview. It is to eliminate the competition." You WILL learn how to
eliminate the competition and be the last person standing in the job search
arena. Whether you are changing jobs or careers, you will find this book a
remarkable tool to use on your journey.
