    • HR Orientation / Paperwork completion / Training Orientation à Day 1
    • Project Orientation à Day 2
    • Proof of Citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate (with raised seal) and valid government issued photo ID)
    • Receipt of Assets (PC, switch, hub, etc.)

    • No car necessary, have them take a taxi to/from airport.
  • This is POSSIBLY a continuous traveling position.  They would like for these candidates to be prepared to work 4-6 weeks continuous.  The work week is Thursday – Tuesday and Wednesday will be an off day.  They could travel to their home base on Tuesday night  but must be at the next location on Thursday morning.  Work weeks are 40 or 48 hours.  It is not a typical 8 hour work day… could be 12 hours one day and 4 hours the next day.
  • Work week looks like the following:
    • Thursday à Onsite support team arrives at physical location.  Preparation
    • Friday à Onsite support team works with Team Lead in preparation of weekend activities

  • If a consultant travels to a different location (not home base or next site), no expenses will be paid
  • Expenses à it will be the responsibility of the supplier / consultant to book flights and hotels.
    • Airline Tickets – reasonable cost.  i.e. don’t book American because you are elite and have Delta be 50% cheaper
    • Hotels – Hotel names will be provided and they must call directly to get ITT negotiated rate.
    • Rental Car – One car per team.  There are some remote locations from physical location that will need to have someone drive to and assist with any issues
    • Airport Parking – covered
    • Mileage to/from Airport – covered (@ .51/mile)
    • Taxi – If a consultant would rather take a taxi to/from the airport to home, it is covered up to $75/each way.
    • Meals – there is a maximum allowed per city (GSA sets maximum daily reimbursement rates for lodging, meals, and incidental expenses).  See http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/21287 for details.  This covers Meals and Incidental Expenses (M&IE).
    • Laundry will be covered at a reasonable cost ONLY for those who travel more than 2 weeks continuous
    • Visas for international travel – covered
    • Mileage to/from work location – rather than fly, the consultant can drive and will be reimbursed @ .51/mile.
  • International Team
    • There are teams that will be traveling to Canada, Mexico and South America.  Please ensure we support language requirements (French Canadian for Canada, Spanish for Latin America/Mexico and Brazilian Portuguese for Brazil).  One of the team members must speak the required language.
