Technical Manager:

Should have strong technical
skills/background with the technologies listed below. Will participate in
the design of the SAN & Backup environments, manage technical resources,
track and report on progress to mgt. Will also work with vendors to help
evaluate technologies and technical direction. PM will manage projects to
schedules and timelines. Will not have administrative management duties.

NETAPP

We currently have a minimum six month consulting assignment in Ann Arbor,
MI for a:

Tech Refresh Migration (PM Task List)

Project Summary:

The project includes migrations for AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, and zLinux
from DMX frames to VMAX frames. The frames currently reside in three
locations, Ann Arbor, DC1 and DC2. Migration strategies vary based upon the
OS, the amount of storage to migrate and the maintenance windows.

1. Maintain Host Migration Tracking Schedule Spreadsheet

b. GRABs
c. Heat Analysis and Distribution of reports
d. Remediation Status
e. Migration Status Updates (Migration / Decommissions / Product
Migration Updates / Management Stations)
f. Host Owners (SysAdmins / HRM / Tech Managers)
g. Maintenance Windows

1. Manage a minimum of 3 meetings per week

b. Open Meeting to provide Project Status

Includes all project participants (Updates from past week / Upcoming events
/ Issues)

a. Meeting with Migration team and Storage Support Team
b. Meeting with Storage Management Team to review status

1. Build Runbooks on an as needed basis for each migration event

b. Detailed list of activities to take place during each migration
event
c. Updated contact list including all and personnel required to
support each migration including escalation contacts

1. Migratons

b. Schedule conference calls for each migration event pre migration to
review Runbooks and contacts
c. Schedule a conference call to provide ongoing communications for
each migration event.
d. Perform Performance review pre and post migrations as needed
e. Determine migration methodology Hot Push / Hot Pull dependent upon
maintenance window.

This person will have superior Microsoft Access development skills and will be used on a couple of projects. The first area of focus will be to enhance a headcount forecasting Access database to be used by a global finance organization on a monthly basis. This database takes information from a number of other source systems to create a consolidated view of the company's current and projected headcount at the lowest cost center level. The database will then need to be adjusted by a number of global finance reps with business input to arrive at an agreed upon forecasted hiring plan. The global finance reps presumed Access knowledge will be minimal to none, so the development of the adjustment process needs to account for that. Additionally, reports will need to be developed. Ultimately the continued support of the database will be transitioned to a finance team in India. There will be no travel with this assignment. </

Job Description              A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Market Surveillance Manager in their Jersey City Office.
 
                                              Main Function
 
                                               Manage and lead Equities and Fixed Income Market Surveillance BA team and related projects within Compliance IT.
 
Skills Required                  15+ years of Business and Data analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, test design
                                                And execution) using structured methods or a recognized methodology.
 
                                                10+ years of Team Leadership and Project Management experience on medium to large projects involving both direct
                                                And matrixed global teams using project management best practices.
 
                                                Bachelors Degree
