Job Description:
This position is an "advanced" experience level hands-on position. The ideal
candidate will have a diverse background managing delivery of IT programs
and projects, preferably in the infrastructure, architecture and the common
services arenas. The candidate will have a solid program manager and project
manager background and a firm grasp on the various techniques to manage
project delivery at the task level and manage multiple projects at the
program level. Additionally, the candidate will have a breadth of experience
working with various application development delivery teams, project
sponsors and users, while at the same time maintaining solid coordination,
expectation setting, and visibility in to delivery. The candidate will also
possess excellent communication and presentation skills that are required
for socializing approach and generating materials: release plans, product
scope, project schedules and running working and status meetings.

Responsibilities - Maintain program and product release schedules, create
and maintain MS Project schedules, run planning and status meetings, manage
scope and schedule change, manage expectations at multiple levels (senior
managers, project team), use Sharepoint to track and report delivery.

Skills Required:
- Min 5-7 years project mgmt and program mgmt
- High proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS
Excel, MS Word, MS Visio)
- Managed projects across organizational boundaries
- Managed projects with 20+ team members
- Managed multiple projects simultaneously as a program
- Knowledge of infrastructure engineering practices and industry technology
standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Excellent organization skills
- Requires both analytical and technical skills
- Familiar with all stages of the development life cycle including analysis,
design, development, deployment and support
- Self-starter with a can-do approach and strong client focus
- Methodical problem solving
- Team player

Skills Desired:
- PMBok knowledge (cert not required)
- SDLC methodology (CMM, RUP, ITIL)
- Experience running requirements gathering / elicitation sessions
- Min 1-2 years Business analysis experience
- Have documented business, functional and technical requirements
