Marketing Project Manager
Temporary Consultant

Description:
This role involves managing projects that directly support our Financial Advisors (FAs) in their efforts to market themselves and their practices. This work will revolve around the Marketing Center, one of the firm’s intranet sites that serves as the gateway to all content and FA marketing tools, the creation of FA tools, as well as ad-hoc digital tools projects.

This individual should be able to understand the needs of the business partners to be able to work with them to develop innovative marketing technology solutions. Candidate should be a self-motivator as well as a cooperative team player and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
CMS (Content Management System) Migration Project
• Manage the migration of content from the legacy intranet platform to the new MLWM intranet platform.
• Create measurement plan for migration.
• Work with Client & GWIM Business Technology to design and migrate content.
• Advise business partners on the migration of their content and work with business partners to design their content on the new intranet platform.
• Manage the relationships with external vendors and internal corporate/business partners.

Daily Marketing Center Integration
• Provide advice and guidance to business partners across MLWM Marketing & GWIM to present their content in the most effective ways for Marketing Center users.
• Work with technology partners to design new pages for business partners.
• Support manager with on cross-organizational work streams to ensure the Marketing Center is operating in line with other intranet sites and GWIM strategy.

Operational Support
• Support the development of FA Tools (for the Client Answers series.)
• Test tools and all Marketing Center links on a Wealth Management Workstation for executive communications.
• Provide FA Tool usage statistics.

Skills Required:
• End-to-end project management
• Ability to work with business partners and technology personnel
• Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• 5 years experience in marketing and/or financial services
• 3-5 years project management experience
• Digital background/experience preferred
• Familiarity with GWIM/MLWM intranet universe ideal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
