DIRECTOR OF MARKETING,
Telecom Services and Products, Direct Sales Division
We are conducting a search for a Director of Marketing on behalf of our client, a telecom service provider. The position offers a base salary of  $125K plus bonus   The position is located in Jersey City.
Product line  includes: local and long distance service portfolio prepaid and postpaid wireline products, prepaid rechargeable long distance, high speed internet, VoIP services, wireless products,  calling cards, gift cards, credit cards and  other telecom carrier services
The successful candidate will display a comprehensive understanding and experience in developing international campaigns that encompass all aspects of traditional media.  In addition, the candidate will possess a solid comprehension of new and social media with a proven capability and a track record of utilizing new media in order to achieve tangible targets / metrics. This will include extensive experience in developing, driving and implementing successful "b to c" campaigns. Further, the successful candidate will most likely have experience in analysis and segmentation of core markets (geographic, demographic and needs-based), with the ability to develop meaningful offers, promotions and campaigns for multiple audiences for both acquisition and retention.
He/she. will be responsible for directing all elements of direct response marketing including TV strategy, Internet advertising and site development, print media strategy, brand development, as well as agency management to drive lead generation for new subscriber acquisition.
Primary/Essential Duties And Responsibilities
·         Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget
·         Lead a marketing team.
·         Identify and implement online and offline marketing opportunities and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
·         Direct timely and effective execution of the marketing plan through direct response media, including Direct Mail, Radio, TV, Internet, Print and social media
·         Develop and understand customer segmentation, acquisition costs, and lifetime value to optimize marketing spend and maximize client acquisition efforts
·         Create successful segment-specific offers, promotions and campaigns for customer acquisition and customer retention.
·         Lead and manage marketing intelligence and continuously analyze, interpret and report on competitors data and industry advances
·         Oversee development and production of all creative; manage marketing agencies and third party suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
 Education: A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or substantive experience in international marketing;
Work Experience and Skills: 
MUST HAVE experience in  telecom markets services, such:  local and long distance services, prepaid and postpaid,  wireline products, prepaid rechargeable long distance, high speed internet, VoIP services, wireless products,  calling cards, gift cards, credit cards and / or   other telecom carrier services
5-7 years international marketing experience, including significant experience with direct response marketing/ advertising in a telecom services-oriented industry.        
·         Broad knowledge of advertising methods and media purchasing practices.
·         Successful track record in creating and developing innovative international marketing programs which directly support the sales strategies.
·         Demonstrated eBusiness, Smartphone  and Social Media experience.
·         Ability to evaluate product changes, market changes and market trends.
·         Ability to work with multiple countries, cultures and media sources.

Products is seeking a Supplier Improvement Leader who will work with suppliers
and contract manufacturers to create strategy and execute supplier performance
initiatives in order to optimize manufacturing and cost effectiveness. 

 
* Will identify and execute major supplier initiatives, potential cost savings
opportunities, develop strategic supplier alliances, risk assessment, continuous
improvement programs, and interface with all levels of management to improve
performance. 

* Additionally, will be responsible for supplier performance management,
supplier quality assessments, supplier evaluation, and supplier continuous
improvement initiatives. 

* Individual will work with stakeholders at all levels of the company, to
identify and incorporate external trends and regulations in driving the strategy
behind supplier management and the strategic sourcing process within
procurement.     

 REQUIREMENTS:
 
* Individual desired should have minimum 10 years Purchasing or Quality
Assurance Supplier Management experience from medical devices, pharmaceutical,
bio-technology, or other high-complexity manufacturing environment. 

* Must be able to manage cross-functional teams and understand how to work in a
matrix environment.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are
essential. 

* Should have understanding of appropriate knowledge of regulatory such as ISO
and/or government agencies, such as FDA etc.,   

* BS degree is essential, MBA plus.
