Job Description A Telecommunication Company located in Holmdel, New Jersey is looking for a Project Manager. The PM will manage All major development projects at the firm working with various non-technical and technical functional organizations to Launch and successfully complete solutions fro all classes of the firm's customers, including service providers, small Businesses and customers.
Responsibilities:
Organizing, coordination and tracking multiple development projects through all phases (i.e.,from planning through To lifecycle.
Allocating resources across potentially completing design and/or development activities, ensuring optimal placement Of those resources as projects evolve.
Coordinating external interactions with major customers, serving as key point of contact, facilitating regular status meetings, etc.
Skills Required BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science, MS degree strongly preferred.
15+ years experience in telecommunications, 5+ in a leadership/management capacity, particularly in management capacity, Particularly in managing technical development teams and projects. Experience with all phases of development desirable, From systems engineering through design, development, test, trial, launch and lifestyle.
Project Management skills and experience mandatory; 3rd party certification(s) a plus.
Domain experience in enhances voice/data applications and messaging is highly desired.
Excellent written and oral communications skills mandatory.
Experience working directly with customers is highly desired.
Foreign language fluency, particularly Spanish is a plus.
Salary Range This is a full time position which will pay up to 100k.
