Job Description A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Project and Governance Manager Office of the CIO. CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM INVESTMENT BANKING ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE COO TYPE OF EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
Governance of key Technology committees and Programme Management Office on the Technology Roadmap (implantation Of the technology strategy across CIB and Wealth of the CIO.
Govern an drive a range of Technology governance committees, including developing the agendas, minute taking and driving Actions to closure, working closely with the CIO direct reports and their management teams.
Organising steering committee meetings on the Technology Roadmap (the Technology strategy execution programme).
Working with Technology Communications to develop communications stories for the intranet, townhalls and wider email Communication.
Programme initiation for the CIO for any (technology or business related) senior management meetings projects.
Conducting in-depth analysis on small tactical projects, understanding the objective and providing relevant outputs and Recommendations to the desired outcome.
Skills Required Bachelors Degree
Must have previous experience with Microsoft Office.
1+ years of previous project management/business analysis or governance business.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders
Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment, strong preference for investment banking and technology background.
Expertise in creating and editing presentations in PowerPoint and creating and managing SharePoint sites.
Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis.
Salary Range This is a full time position for a Vice President and salary is based on experience.
