Description
Senior Analyst â" IT Project Management Office (PMO)
The Senior Analyst reports to the Director IT PMO and is responsible for defining and managing standard processes for the IT Project Management Organization. This position will have responsibility for the on-going collection, presentation, and interpretation of IT / PMO operational effectiveness data. This work is instrumental in coordinating information and efforts among IT constituents and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to implement process and governance improvements within IT.
Document new processes and changes to existing processes.
Communicate and train IT organization on new processes, policies, and tools. Drive approval and adoption.
Anticipate and drive changes to management systems and tools in response to process and procedure changes.Â
Support the establishment of project reporting at all levels from operational to managerial to executive reporting (dashboards, etc.)
Analyze, report and present data related to key IT performance metrics.
Ensure data integrity, system use and process compliance.
Participate as a project team member in the selection of a PPM tool

You have to do it yourself in Yahoo for each of your Yahoo groups.
Find "Visit Your Group" (for one group):
One way is inside an email from the group in the "Recent Activity Box" at the top right - choose the link "Visit Your Group".
At the top of the next screen use the link "Edit Membership" and
1) choose/add the email address that you would like group messages sent to and/or 2) change the frequency of emails from this group (individual emails, daily digest, special notices, or web only (no emails).

Wealth Management is undergoing a strategic Data Transformation program to streamline its data operations and improve efficiencies. As part of this initiative, it will be implementing a sourcing and loading data both in real-time and batch modes and instantiating an Operational Data Store. It will also implement Data Services to access the data stored in the Operational Data Store. The program is seeking Business/Systems Analysts to assist with this effort. The responsibilities of this role include:
â¢Â        Perform and lead business analysis for information technology projects that support key business initiatives, and provide upgrades and enhancements to existing strategic applications/systems.
â¢Â        Act as liaison between business units, development teams and vendors, frequently serving a consultative role balancing the complexities of business requirements against implementation constraints.
â¢Â        Translate business needs into technical requirements to ensure all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications. Drive solutions to business problems and requirements with a good understanding of technology and processes.

Experience:
â¢Â      8+ years of professional experience within the financial services industry.
Requirements & Qualifications:
â¢Â        Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and problem solving skills; excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills are also essential.
â¢Â        Have 7+ years of practical, hands-on experience as a business analyst and therefore have insight into how to improve processes around requirements scope, definition, requirements gathering and project management.
â¢Â        Be able to interact comfortably with and gain the confidence of senior managers. Candidate must put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely.
â¢Â        Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner.
