They are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join their Basking ridge NJ office.   Job Title – PMO Analyst Location – Basking ridge NJ Duration – 3 - 6+ months with high possibilities of extension / Right to hire Description Senior Analyst – IT Project Management Office (PMO) The Senior Analyst reports to the Director IT PMO and is responsible for defining and managing standard processes for the IT Project Management Organization. This position will have responsibility for the on-going collection, presentation, and interpretation of IT / PMO operational effectiveness data. This work is instrumental in coordinating information and efforts among IT constituents and customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to implement process and governance improvements within IT. Document new processes and changes to existing processes. Communicate and train IT organization on new processes, policies, and tools. Drive approval and adoption. Anticipate and drive changes to management systems and tools in response to process and procedure changes.  Support the establishment of project reporting at all levels from operational to managerial to executive reporting (dashboards, etc.) Analyze, report and present data related to key IT performance metrics. Ensure data integrity, system use and process compliance.
