Manage projects for IT Marketing and Web Applications. The qualified candidate is a project manager with several years of experience managing large and complex projects in a matrixed organization. This position requires demonstrated experience integrating external third party vendor applications with backend interfaces to legacy systems that are presented via a Customer Web Site. Solid IT Background a must.
Works with the Project Management Organization with Customer Service Systems to:
Staff an effective project team

Develops goals and expectations to align the project team.
Plan the project, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspect of the project

4 year degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience coordinating and reviewing the work of a work group.
Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans.
Experience managing contractors.
Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal, human relations and communications skills.
Works efficiently with customers, teammates, and management.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications.
Effective presentation skills.
Effectively negotiates with others to reach agreement which will meet the organization' s needs
Ability to conduct effective meetings.
Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes

Desired Qualifications
PMP or other recognized Project Management Certification

Experience using Microsoft Project to develop and manage project schedules.

Experience with projects associated with marketing and external web applications

This client is located in Lakewood, NJ.
The job description and requirements are listed below:
? Billing Certificate required
? 2-3 years experience in billing department in medical center, private physicians office or other applicable health care setting
? Electronic Medical Record experience is a preferred
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
? Pre-employment physical is required
? Criminal background check will be conducted
? Drug screening test
? PPD
? Will be required to wear scrubs,
