| Title: Technical Product/Program Manager Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 Location: New York, NY Relocation assistance available. Overview: We are seeking a highly talented Technical Product/Program Manager with extensive experience in online advertising for the development and launch of a cutting-edge online AD DELIVERY PLATFORM. The position involves 15% to 20% travel as the liaison between the San Francisco based technical team and the New York City office. The successful individual will work with multiple groups, including engineering, business development, and senior management to generate requirements and drive the decision making process. Other Responsibilities include: . Working closely with the stakeholders to understand the product needs . Defining features requirements and authoring Requirement specifications . Owning project schedules and driving deliverables to completion . Driving regular project meetings to ensure timely progress Interfacing with senior management to provide weekly status . Essentially be the CEO of the project Skills and Qualifications: . BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field . Prior experience as a Technical Program/Product Manager on high-traffic websites (e.g., Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, YouTube, Amazon, Ad Network) . Good understanding of the project management discipline (knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, XP) . Experience with desktop client applications and dealing with terabytes of reporting data. . Experience in Search Engine Marketing and/or Online Advertising . Knowledge of IAB Ad formats, Ads Campaign reporting and publisher integration challenges . Highly analytical with strong math skills . Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills . Strong influential & leadership/ownershi p skills and must be able to run meetings effectively . Must have a passion for driving projects through to completion. .
