We need you to: o Leverage your network of clients and prospects to selling staffing (80%) and solutions (20%) for contract, contract to hire or direct hire needs. o Building long term business relationships with your clients. o Creating and presenting potential revenue and value propositions that will both enhance your career and Marlabs Requirements: -A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of successful track record in the IT sales staffing/solutions industry. -Must have generated minimum annual revenue of 2 Million plus with previous firm with multiple direct clients in the past year. -Aggressive, results oriented professional with industry experience in technical staffing/Solutions -Must possess a strong sense of customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Independent self starter, motivator with good organization skills. -Must have the ability to leverage current business relationships and build new ones. -Posses urgency to close business -Must be free from former employer contracts and issues. -Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts. -Ability to negotiate contracts and close the point of sale. -Use his/her network to warm call and develop clients. -We are NOT looking for a cold caller!
