Continuum Health Partners (wehealny.org) is currently searching for a Director of Finance Systems who can manage, plan, organize and monitor the development and implementation of ERP systems and procedures concerned with the solution of business problems.

Responsibilities:

- Acts as liason with the IS Dept. in connection with the Continuum wide Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation
- Monitor ERP System performation; participate with IS Dept for system tuning and improvements.
- Assist Corp Director in managing activities of the ERP projects.
- Proactively work with project participants to maintain established deadlines.
- Reports problems and delays directly to the Corp Director.
- Act as hand-on implementator and senior systems person.
- Participate in technical design and configuration of all ERP Systems.

- Provide functional and reporting support to business application leads

Experience as a user or provider of outsourced services. Knowledge of pharmaceutical R& process, GLPs, GMPs or GCPs desirable. -Must be able to participate in the creation of high functioning interdependent partnerships with other Sourcing/Contractin g/procurement groups· Must be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment while supporting specific teams and/or projects for business partners.
