We are currently recruiting a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. The qualified individual will be responsible for acting as an interface between our Options business unit and the platform development and implementation areas. They will also be involved in creating and assembling detailed business requirement specifications for new products/applicatio ns.
Responsibilities to include:
Participate in identifying user requirements by working on teams with a number of key individuals representing business and technology
Document, communicate, and review requirements with product and project team members and sponsors
Manage deadlines and work to meet feature requirements and customer expectations
Assist in development of testing plans, scenarios and scripts and participate in user acceptance testing
Assemble, complete, and distribute updates to key ISE documents for developers, testers, change management and our customers
Become a Subject Matter Expert on the core trading platform
Required Experience
Experience/Skills Required:
Must have previous experience writing business requirements and training materials, as well as reviewing functional specifications,for trading systems
Must have knowledge of options/derivatives and/or experience supporting a trading environment
Must be familiar with formal requirements gathering and management process
Working knowledge of system design, architecture and application programming/ analysis
In-depth understanding of software development life cycle
Strong knowledge of equity or derivatives products, market data feeds, trade lifecycle and post-trade processing
Understanding of the FIX financial messaging protocol a plus
Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Math, or Economics with a minimum of 4-6 years of IT business analysis experience
Previous experience in equity or derivatives trading technology for an exchange or a brokerage/financial firm is preferable
Results Expected:
Ability to learn details of managed applications quickly
Able to handle dynamic trading environment and prioritization of projects/issues among a large client base
Timely completion of requirements specifications
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication and coordination with development, test and implementation colleagues, which will include external organization
Know and apply best practices in requirements management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related disciplines required. An MS or MBA degree is highly desirable.
- 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources management responsibility and experience desired.
- Experience supporting a company on a global basis and progressively more complex compensation experience, including international, variable and senior management compensation and equity, highly desirable.

Job Description The Payroll Analyst is a functional expert responsible for supporting the Oracle Payroll application, processes and projects and will provide and track 1st level Oracle Payroll processing support to all U.S. divisions. They are also responsible for maintaining Oracle payroll setup and documentation, testing functionality and coordinating payroll changes with the HRMS Support Team to determine affects on HR, Benefits and Reporting.
- Assist all U.S. divisional Payroll representatives with Oracle Payroll processing, setup and other day-to-day questions.
- Act as an escalation point for payroll end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using the Oracle Payroll system; researching and identifying the root cause for the problems and helping them to resolution.
- Maintain U.S..-wide Payroll setup for earnings and deductions codes, tax mappings, garnishment vendors, State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rates and divisional general ledger costing.
- Ensure all Oracle Payroll User guides and key payroll process documentation is current on all new and existing Payroll applications and processes.
- Review, configure and test any new or revised Oracle Payroll processes.
- Perform regression testing for new patches, interfaces or other technical programs that need to be validated.
- Assist divisions with analyzing payroll reports.
- Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of user questions, keeping the divisional payroll representatives informed of changes and work that is in progress.
Qualifications/ Work Experience - Minimum of two years strong Payroll experience with knowledge of state and local taxing rules.
- Experience with a large HRMS is preferred, and experience with Oracle Payroll is a plus.

Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent.
Experience: 10-15 years direct or HR related experience of which 5-8 years must be managerial experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage investigation fact finding, conclusion, recommendation and closure of all EEO and Employee Concerns issues.
* Provide counsel for early resolution of issues.
* Manage development and implementation of programs and policies that promote and/or maintain company compliance with appropriate laws and directives.
* Develop and provide company President status briefings and recommendations on the state of the site EEO, affirmative goals and employee concerns issues.
* Proactively provide leadership guidance on policy interpretation and development to promote employee trust.
* Manage development and delivery of equal employment data requests to the site via surveys and audits.
* Serve as principle point of contact for state and federal agencies regarding EEO matters.
* Manage completion of AOP milestones, performance measures and other commitments established by DOE-EC, DOE-EEO and SRR management.
* Review/approve company level procedure development and changes.
Other Information:
Provide management leadership to a functionally diverse organization (EEO Specialists, Employee Concerns Investigators and Employee Counselors) to investigate and initiate resolution of employee and management issues which may significantly impact the overall site morale and ability to meet goal objectives; issue investigation and resolution including the areas of environmental, health, safety, waste, fraud and abuse, EEO, and management concerns of harassment, intimidation or reprisal; meet and/or dialog with all levels of management to include frequent contacts to the General Counsel´s office and the Office of the President to apprise and/or recommend closure and future actions on matters of importance as related to the site´s policies, procedures and state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Experience/Qualific ations/Requireme nts:
A comprehensive level of knowledge and understanding of all aspects of HR programs and practices with specific knowledge of HR practices, policies, ADA and EEO; experience and/or an understanding of labor relations, union organizing activities and maintaining a nonunion workforce; and a familiarity of Conduct of Operations Practices, as related to quality assurance, safety and facility management.
